I bought a certified pre owned leased car on oct 25 i spoke to John Medina on nov 17 bc my mirror housing cracked. He told me go back to the dealership i bought it from. Although it's certified so i can take it to any honda. He said if i come to his dealership he would charge me to fix it and a $200 diagnostic fee. why do i need a diagnostic it's not electrical. It's visually seen with the eye. He was adamant abt charging me $200 bc i didnt get it from that honda. He was rude he was unhelpful and he has shady unethical business practices

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The Good: Reps were generally friendly and we did purchase a slightly used vehicle that we are happy with. The Bad: Read the August 17, 2025 review by Kenia L. - our experience was the same. Difference is we insisted they remove the Global CPO Fee since it was not part of the quoted out the door pricing we received over the phone before we arrived at the dealership. We also had similar experiences with waiting almost 2 months before we got our vehicle registered - we were out of state, but this is still way too long of a process. The Ugly: After spending $35k-$40k of your hard-earned money on a vehicle, which is already a challenge for consumers, dealers look for other ways to make even more money with e.g. high-interest loans and excessively expensive warranties. If you know this going in, you will be better positioned to defend yourself. I suspect this could also happen at other dealerships, so visit more than one to ensure you are getting the best deal and value. In the end, we rate this a 2.5 out of 5 stars, there is room for improvement at this dealership, especially with transparency.
