We are grateful that Joanne Panzo was able to locate the specific Honda Civic we were interested in leasing. Joanne - and everyone we have met at Brandfon Honda have always been willing to listen and if we are concerned or do not understand something, they take the time to explain it. On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. I trust this dealership to listen and to respond to my needs. I'm looking forward to learning about the Honda Civic hybrid, which I understand is now available.

Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!

Unlike many past experiences with other dealers, dealing with Tony and the entire Honda of Danbury team is a pleasure. They are honest and fair. Service department is also top notch.
