Joanne - and everyone we have met at Brandfon Honda have always been willing to listen and if we are concerned or do not understand something, they take the time to explain it. On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. I trust this dealership to listen and to respond to my needs. I'm looking forward to learning about the Honda Civic hybrid, which I understand is now available.

Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!

Ed Guzman made our purchasing of a new Honda CRV the easiest and most positive of any car purchase we have ever made. He explained everything clearly about the vehicle before and during a test drive, what our trade in CRV was worth, and helped us make a deal we were satisfied with without any nonsense. On the day of our delivery, while he finished up with the customer before us, changed the plates from our trade in to the new CRV, and got last minute paper work finished, he made sure we were comfortable waiting at his desk and asked if we needed water or anything else. He went out of his way to let us know what was happening and the expected time it would take. Ed made sure we were comfortable with the technology and other features of the new CRV when we were ready to drive away. Ed said he would call the next day to see if we had any questions, and we said that would not be necessary. He said he would be happy to assist us with any future questions or demonstrate how things work. Ed said to just give him a call. We were dreading going in to a dealership to see about a new vehicle, but Ed made this so much easier. I would definitely tell anyone looking for a new Honda to see Edwin Guzman at Lia Honda.
