Went to Stephen Automall in Bristol, Ct and received a professional buying experience meeting with Mike Collins the sales professional. He really knew his stuff. Thank goodness it was a great experience at Stephen Cadillac because the previous dealership I visited wasted 2 ½ hours of my time and never to date bothered to follow up by phone or text about the Cadillac XT5 I was interested in. Mike at Stephen Cadillac was the opposite and followed up by text and phone quickly at least 6 times answering all my questions. The delivery process went smoothly and on time. The car was in the showroom when I arrived and created a caring atmosphere for delivery as well as a delivery coordinator to go over all the functions on the Cadillac. If you are looking for a car or truck I highly recommend you call and set up an appointment with Mike.

The next person I met was one of their sales managers, Ednei. He had a great attitude and was willing to go above and beyond to fit my tight budget. The last person I spoke with was Priscilla in finance. Like the other employees, she had a great demeaner and was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. The finance process was quick and painless, and signing was made easy while still being clear. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Crabtree and will be comfortable recommending the dealership, as well as my friends and family to each person I spoke of above. Love my new Tacoma!

I had a very disappointing experience at Ford of Greenfield. The sales manager, Roman, was rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he spoke down to me and behaved as though I was wasting his time, which made the entire process frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected a professional and helpful environment, but that was not my experience at all. While the rest of the staff seemed fine, the sales manager's behavior completely ruined the visit. I almost left without purchasing a vehicle because no customer should be treated with that level of disrespect when simply trying to buy a car. I'm also surprised the owners haven't addressed this issue, especially since other reviews mention similar experiences with this same sales manager. If he treats total strangers the way he treated my wife and me, I can only imagine how he treats his staff. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle where customers are treated far better.

WOW!!! Just AMAZING experience. I know there are many reviews you can read but mine comes from years of experience. This was my 40th, YES 40th vehicle purchase. Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It’s a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn’t spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I’ve ever met. Yesenia was not only the type of woman you notice in a crowd for her striking beauty, but that beauty shined from within. Yesenia is just a kind, compassionate soul who truly cares about people. Harr Motors makes you feel like you matter and in a world filled with so much noise and chaos, it’s nice to have a dealership who makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. False statements related to needed repairs After your failure to resolve my problem with the replaced oxygen sensor- (each time I returned and the check engine light remained on I was told to drive an additional 100 miles! After 400+ miles your people decided to look at the car again. Now they presented me a $4904.29 solution that was supposed to solve the problem.) I had paid $150 for a complete diagnostic scan initially. The car is only worth about $7500 according to the Kelly Blue Book. I would have paid a total of $6020.93. I took the car to a 3rd generation auto mechanics shop and they found the problem- the computer needed replacing. Not a distorted heater box. With the OEM part, the car was repaired for a total of $1323.00. The check engine light is off and there are no problems with the car. Had I paid the $ 4904.29 for the work you stated was the problem, it would still Not have been repaired. I assume I would have been told the computer replacement solution was necessary next and Another large bill from you. You would never have tried this on any one that was not a senior in my opinion. Family medical problems have consumed my time, but I am now ready to speak out about this.

Worst experience ever. Bob Magnano is a pompous idiot and liar. Bob is such a tool that without even asking for a minute to converse with someone in front of him he starts a conversation while on the phone with me. He also insists on accompanying you on test drives. Just so you know Bob, people like to take vehicles out without you breathing down their necks. The truck I bought from them was an overpriced 2019 Tundra Crew Max. I offered my newer Tacoma as a trade. Bob would not budge a nickel on the Tundra citing they were making hundreds not thousands on the sale. The truck had recently been fitted with a flimsy aftermarket bed liner with no bed rails. I later learned the reason for the bed liner was to conceal that the bed was rotted out in one area. Because Bob insisted on accompanying me on the test drive I really didn’t go through the truck like I would have had I been trusted to take it out solo. At 62 years old I didn’t need a chaperone. The fact that the 2019 tundra does not come with a head unit that offers CarPlay would have made me think long and hard about buying it. That it had Laufen tires on it was also comical. I had to replace the “new” tires within 6 months. The amount they gave me for my Tacoma ended up being $7000 less than they sold it for and given that he refused to offer me an additional $1000 for my trade was ridiculous. When you pay $42,000 with tax and fees for a vehicle offered at a legitimate manufacturers dealership you would hope that they would treat you right. After several months I experienced my first flat tire at which time I discovered that there was no jack under the rear seat. I emailed the dealership letting them know and very politely asked if they could get me one. I did not demand it be provided free of charge but hoped they would do the right thing. I never received a response. Something as insignificant as an inquiry regarding a jack should have been answered immediately. If a dealership can’t be bothered with something minor how can you feel comfortable that they will have your back if a serious issue should arise. The Kilmas auto group, in no way shape or form, cares about its customers after the sale. I have an 823 credit score and the vehicle I bought was a gold level certified preowned vehicle. The promotion on the Toyota Certified Preowned website ( were I learned about the truck) was for an interest rate of 5% the same rate offered when purchasing a new Toyota. The finance officer Frank Buffano came back with a nearly 8% apr offer. Totally disregarding the corporate websites offer of 5%. I really liked the truck and took their loan which I then paid in full a week later. The sad thing is I actually came in to buy 2 vehicles. I also wanted to upgrade my wife’s 2012 Highlander Limited. After the experience dealing with Bob and Frank I decided against giving them any additional business. I really don’t think they care that they lost not only a sale, but a customer in general. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Too many service issues to recommend them. Caitlin is a friendly service advisor, but that's about the extent of it. I brought one vehicle here to fix a one inch lean on the vehicle, which they couldn't fix so they 'reset it', and it started again two days later. Brought another vehicle here that smoked on every start up and had a few other issues that were repeatable every single time, got the "unable to replicate it" line when they finally looked at it *more than 48 hours after my scheduled appointment time*, and as I paid my diagnostic fee and started my truck up to leave, wouldn't you know- it did all the things right in their parking lot. They either can't/don't want to fix my vehicles, so I will find another place to service my cars.

I've been going to this dealership/service center for decades. They have consistently served me very well. Professional, honest, knowledgable competent and personable (no matter who you deal with). I haven't bought a car there so can't comment on sales but I have had all the frequent services on my Toyota used 2013 car. Previously they serviced my then new 2008 Prius. They are always very willing to answer any questions/concerns I have and show me the work, if I request it. Very easy to get an appointment without delay and they offer a pickup/dropoff driver service, if needed. I highly recommend.

The worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Agreed on an “out the door” price on a 2020 Toyota Tundra over the phone. Got a certified bank check and proof of insurance for the vehicle. I confirmed with the salesman that I would be able to take delivery of the vehicle the same day as I live 3 hours away. He acknowledged I would be leaving with the vehicle the same day. I then asked if the vehicle can be cleaned before I get there so I can properly inspect it, he once again acknowledged and agreed. After arriving at the dealership, the vehicle was absolutely filthy, in no condition to be sold to a consumer. This is a 45,000 dollar certified pre-owned Toyota gold warranty vehicle. We then had to take the vehicle through a car wash while on the test drive. After getting back to the dealership, I still agreed to purchase the vehicle. I am now told I can not leave with the vehicle that day and would have to take another 6 hour round trip to the dealership to take delivery…. or, complete the transaction that day, and have one of the dealer’s transporters drive the vehicle 190 miles to my house, ON MY INSURANCE with no estimated date or time of delivery! Absolute insanity. Haddad Toyota’s motto is “Convenient. Committed. Compassionate.” Sure… I wouldn’t do business with them if they took 10k off the sticker price. Absolutely dishonest, shady dealer. BUYERS BEWARE!

I had an issue with a 2022 4Runner with 31K Miles that I just purchased ( Still under Warranty) Brought it to Dowling and had it looked at. My previous vehicle was a 2007 Rav4 AWD. The Rav4 is Automatic AWD, or you can press a button to engage it from a stop, the 4Runner is quite different with a sequence that you must go through (some what confusing) to engage 4Lo/4Hi/2Hi/DAC/ATRAC. To make a long story short I was trying out the different systems and I got stuck in 4Lo and I could not get it out? Drove it in Reverse, than Forward (In 2Hi) but it would not disengage? So I called Dowling's Service Department while in the car for help and I get this guy Pat to ask for some guidance, and what do I get? A really nasty person talking down to me, telling me that I'm looking for trouble and that he was not going to help me!!! All I have to say is, this guy needs a Vacation! Completely disrespectful, Arrogant, full of himself (He said I have 37 Years of experience) BIG DEAL DUMMY! When you talk down to people, and not offer help you should be FIRED! Last time I'll go to this dealership! YOU SUCK! This is directed at Pat! Matt, and Chris where very good!
