The service was awesome. Dan was on time. He took good care of me. Answered all my questions and I was able to drive from Connecticut to Massachusetts as promised. He quickly responded to a question I had the next day. Also a great job from all the staff I was able to meet. You were all awesome.

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Patriot Subaru — especially thanks to Jacob, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a woman who has had some truly awful car-buying experiences in the past, I was honestly dreading the process when my vehicle was stolen recently. But Jacob completely changed that. He was patient, respectful, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. Instead, he worked with me to find a vehicle and a price that fit within my budget, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through how everything in the vehicle worked, made sure my phone was connected, and followed up afterward to check that everything was still running smoothly. He also offered additional protection plans without being pushy — just giving me the information and letting me decide what felt right for me. This was by far the most comfortable and supportive car-buying experience I've ever had. I’m so grateful to Jacob and the whole team. Highly, highly recommend — especially if you’ve ever felt talked down to or pressured at other dealerships. This place is different, in the best way. I LOVE my new Subaru!

This is my 3rd Subaru purchase.Twice dealing with Steve Chaves, the man is awesome-a pleasure to sit with, he is knowledgeable, patient, answers question ensuring your understanding. No 'pressure" from Steve. Joe Messina gets a 'thumbs up" for making sure your at ease and asks if you are comfortable with process. Cannot say enough about Inna Perez, the woman has found her calling in being Business Manager. She is friendly, personable & patient. She is a pleasure to sit & speak with, she moves along quickly & efficiently her knowledge makes her an outstanding valuable employee along with Joe & Steve, I must acknowledge the service department also. Over the years I have been extremely satisfied with their understanding & completion of service in a timely manner. Recently I have dealt with Justin Luiz, once for an emergency tire issue, with no appointment on a Friday afternoon Justin took care of the issue & I was on my way sooner than I expected. Justin seems to enjoy his job & seeing to it that the customer is satisfied & happy. I think he has found his 'niche' in this service & wish him well...also a valuable employee.

My wife and I just bought a car from Balise. Our salesperson was Ryan Morrow and what a great experience. He was low key, knowledgeable and made it so very easy. I would recommend him to everyone. We changed vehicles mid point, no sweat. As we waited on stuff to be completed he was easy to talk to and never made us feel as we were holding him up at all. Just an all around great experience. Chris Jutras was amazing as well, always explaining what was going on and so pleasant. Will definitely recommend Balise to all!

Apparently internet sales is not interested in selling cars.. I made three attempts to contact Lacey a quote and no response. She claims she left me message.. Bull. We all have caller ID and that excuse is as lame as the dealership Lost a sale!!
