The cars available at the Tasca Woonsocket Chev dealership are fantastic. Shelby's, Cameros, Corvettes etc etc. I purchased an 8 yr old Vette, with less than 15,000 mls. Car was spotless. Price was within reason, compared to other dealers my wife and I had visited. The sales and management teams were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend considering them, particularly if you like style, power, and class.

This was my first time at Herb Connolly and it was an impressive experience. From ease of scheduling online to the professionalism of the staff (Aeryn Kiewicz was my rep) to quotes provided on handheld devices to the waiting area which had a separate room which made it easier to get work done, everything about the experience was fantastic. Aeryn also did a great job of following up proactively a few days later with a quote for a replacement part that my vehicle needs.

Had a great experience at McKay Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon Soto is the best. I haven't bought a car in 17 years and was very nervous. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. Another salesman heard him say that and said if Brandon wasn't in anyone of the salesmen would be happy to help me. Brandon, other salesmen and receptionist were awesome. I first leased a Suburban through Aaron Markella in the fall of 2020. More recently, I purchased a new Silverado in 2023. My service appointment last weekv was my first with the dealership. Jillian Luboda, Best's Service Coordinator, was able to get me in for an oil change and sticker within a day. Service Advisor Kate Gemmill had my car ready within 45 minutes of my arrival. The dealership is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Best Chevrolet for both sales and service.

I had brought my car to my micanic for an oil change and told him about a recall I received for the Rear Crossmember he would not touch my car except to check that out. I called Tom Chevrolet and made the apointment. When I picked it up they said it was fine and put a coating on it. I then brought the car back to my micanic and they told me they didn't do anything and the rear cross member was all rusted and they only had coated what you could see by looking at it. I then call Chris and brought the car back to the dealership. I called the next day and Chris said it was just rusted, I said that is the same as corroded and he said no it was not. So we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. Then he tells me they used a machine to punch into the bar to test it. So I said, now is rusting out with punch holes in it and that just makes it worse. He kept say no and he's not changing it and I can do what ever I need to and call whom ever I want but he's not changing it. I can take it to another dealership. I have bought my last two cars there and 3 of my girlfriend also did. We will never do anything with them again. Every since they changed hands they are so aweful.
