The store has excellent and very efficient service, the reception staff are very helpful and communicative, I left the car for a Honda warranty repair, the repair was done successfully and the car is working very well, however when I got home I noticed the lack of many clips in the lower part of my bumper and even in the internal part, nothing that will affect the efficiency of the car but for such a reputable store could be more careful with the customer's car, when looking inside the front grille for the new capacitor the wire that connected to it and went inside the car was loose, it was not nailed in the proper places for support, I needed to take a branch to fit the wire in the supports and finally a rubber apparently side protection inside the front grille of the car is also now loose, and it was not like that before.

Recent service on my 2012 Honda Accord have always been exceptional. The starting point is with one of your Service Advisor Sean DeSilva. His patience answering my questions on service and cost on my car have always been greatly appreciated. My only complaint is the lack of sandwiches, donuts, and orange juice in the waiting area.

Juan in the service department was outstanding!! I would give him 10 stars if it was allowed. I drove into the service center with a CarPlay issue essentially, I no longer had CarPlay. I was very concerned because I rely on my GPS. He was able to trouble shoot my issue and correct the problem. He was professional, friendly, very patient and most of all kind! Unfortunately, you don't see that too much these days. I just want you know how appreciative and grateful to Juan for all his help!
