The whole experience was nightmarish. First when we came to pick the car (we had paid everything throughout the week and were all set), the license plates were incorrect (had requested for EV, they got regular). All they offered was a refund, which we didn't want. we wanted what we asked for.
Then they charged us extra for a ceramib coating both inside and outside. the car was FILTHY inside (wish i was not so upset and would've taken a picture). So clearly it was not done, the trunk was dirty and when we lifted the mats it had mud on it. overall, it was terrible
