I was looking online for several weeks looking for a new F150 when I came across the one with everything I wanted. I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. It was my first visit to Salem Ford, and it won't be my last. Thanks Mike!

This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could hope for when in search of a new or used car.The moment we arrived, instead of being "attacked" by a swarm of sales people, we were warmly greeted by Chu Lassor, who encouraged us to take our time and look around and that she would be right there, should we have any questions. No pressure, no sales pitches, she just gave us the chance to look at the extensive inventory on our own. We found a few semi-finalists and then sat with Chu. She offered knowledgeable info about color choices, trim levels and was just so great at helping us to find the vehicle that was perfect and the Sales Mgr. was just as polite and easy going and it was clear that this was a family atmosphere where they are not just trying to make a sale. It is worth the drive from anywhere to actually be treated like a friend and now I know why and how Hampton Ford Hyundai earns so many 5 star reviews, so here's one more. Had driven about 1,100 mile from Alabama to Boston. Truck started acting up about 1.5 miles from Sentry Ford. So, here we are Friday afternoon, thousands of miles from home, and truck is un-driveable. Dealership said they were unable to look at truck until Monday. Service Advisor Dianne, went out of her way to aid us in getting rental car, even having someone drive us to the rental car facility. She was diligent in keeping us updated on service of the truck, and really made a very very stressful situation much more tolerable. If I lived up here Sentry would be my dealership hands down. They were fantastic. Thank you Dianne..

I drive past several other Ford dealers just to come to Ipswich Ford. The staff here is the absolute best Ford has to offer. I was actually all set to get rid of my Ford until I decided to try Ipswich just to see if they're better than the others. They are! Go here!
