The service team was prompt. Waiting and ready to take the car when I arrived for my service.. They were professional, friendly, and answered my questions. They told me exactly what could done and what extra work I was considering would involve and what it might cost. Not necessarily what I hoped, but I appreciated very much the direct honesty. Before I was sent to the waiting lounge, I was given the direct phone number of the lead service team tech in case I had further questions. This was useful in that I had changed my mind on the configuration of my tire rotation, which I was able to convey to him via text. Excellent feature that, Excellent. The service ( mostly an oil change type service) was quick and well done. Through the years, Ron Bouchard has provided outstanding service to me and the cars I purchased there. 10 + all across the board.. Thanks team Nissan.

We bought a new car with cash one month ago. After SEVERAL calls to the dealership we had no call back or explanation regarding getting the title. Mariela was the ONLY CONTACT who responded! I won’t do business with this dealership again! Just to be clear, this is a NEW dealership in Manchester owned by Bertera. Bertera Nissa in Manchester was MIA once the check cleared.

Milford Nissan Rocks!!!! We have previously purchased 2 vehicles at Milford Nissan in the past few years. We just purchased our 3rd and 4th there in one day. My wife leased a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express. The care we have received and the expertise of George in sales and Jim in finance are the main reason we return to Milford Nissan. And the vehicles we purchase surpassed our expectations. Not professional very shady...beware. do not do what they say only changed one of my tires on tire rotation.. they barely vacuum and they just rinse off your car no complete wash. I am a friend for life member and I can’t wait till my free services end so I don’t have to go back there. did not clear the code once maintenance was done and then tried saying I only had one more service left when I had 4 left.. I would not trust them to do service.. They do not have cameras in the service area. I have had nothing but trouble since day one of buying my new 2026 vehicle. Tried giving me my car on empty took two weeks to get it insured never reimbursed me for the inspection sticker and the car was missing a center hubcap and they never sent it to me. Awful awful service and they do not call you back.

Best buying experience I've ever had. They sell a lot of pre-owned Teslas, and they seem to know the rebates for them better than anyone else. The showroom is gorgeous and clean, and I felt really cared about while I was there. I chose a Model Y. It was used, but it smelled nice and was super clean. They showed me how to charge it properly and went over all the features it has with me. I was able to test drive and the entire process was really smooth. They've always been super responsive and kind when I've reached out. After my first week of owning a Tesla, I had a tire Issue. Scott helped me get it fixed in 1 day, no waiting - it was just done. I'm going to get all my service for both of our vehicles from them now, and I'll be giving them a shot at our next purchase as well.
