Best buying experience I've ever had. They sell a lot of pre-owned Teslas, and they seem to know the rebates for them better than anyone else. The showroom is gorgeous and clean, and I felt really cared about while I was there. I chose a Model Y. It was used, but it smelled nice and was super clean. They showed me how to charge it properly and went over all the features it has with me. I was able to test drive and the entire process was really smooth. They've always been super responsive and kind when I've reached out. After my first week of owning a Tesla, I had a tire Issue. Scott helped me get it fixed in 1 day, no waiting - it was just done. I'm going to get all my service for both of our vehicles from them now, and I'll be giving them a shot at our next purchase as well.
