Every week they would make the effort to contact me to see if my financial situation had change. Then it finally it did. Before I even got to the dealership they had me approved for a loan and all I needed to do was go in fill out the paperwork then just drive off with my car.

I am giving this shop an average grade, its not great, nor is it bad, just ok. First impressions are good, clean shop for an older mercedes repair facility. I was greeted promptly, but not 'friendly'. My father-in-law goes to this shop and it is fairly close (as can be in Northern Virginia with traffic). Told them what needed to be done, and to do an overall look over of the car. Did they repair the car, yes. But their work isn't 'clean' as I would like--which makes me suspect of the work that was performed. For example, there is a wing nut on the air filter cover. I know it was there because I inspected the air filter prior to taking the car in for repair. When the car was returned the wing nut was missing. I asked where was it? Was told we don't know, and you don't need it anyways since you have two clamps holding down the air filter cover. Seriously? You couldn't get a $.75 cent part and put it on to satisfy the customer? He did not accuse me of saying it wasn't on there to begin with--but just that you don't need that part. So, what other parts don't you need when you're fixing my car and not replacing because you forgot to put back on the car? Secondly, as I inspected the work that would be visible, I noticed they didn't put on the extra belt that was previously missing. I pointed that out and was told again, you really don't need it as there is one already there and the other is extra. Again, really? You think Mercedes Benz just put an extra pulley and belt there for the fun of it. There wasn't a, "Sorry, we'll put one on there right away" or anything--he just looked at me with a blank stare. The work that I was having done was on an older Mercedes, having the timing chain guides replaced. As they get brittle when they age, and can cause catastrophic damage if they break within the engine. The timing chain will lock-up and basically making the engine inoperable without an expensive rebuild. So, what did you not put in that repair because 'it wasn't necessary'. I don't know because I can't see their work. The car runs fine, but what surprises await because of shoddy work, I do not know. Go somewhere else. .

The vehicle purchased was presented as passing a valid VA inspection. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tires would not pass NYS inspection due to dry rot. The front hub assemblies were shot. The rear wheel cylinders are leaking. The front pinion seal is weeping gear oil. Falsifying a VA state inspection is a Class 4 offense, the VA state police have been notified, and due to "unclean hands" or in the vernacular "dirty hands" the sales contract which stipulates "as is" is null and void. See you in court...

My fiancée' and I recently purchased a used car from Frontline Ready Motors. It was such a pain free and stress free process. We are starting to build his credit and the financing company, Westlake, approved him without any run a rounds. To our surprise this even shot his credit score up 30 points! Richard and Patrick also guaranteed the car was in mint condition. They even provided a link to car facts and gave us a history of all the up keep maintenance services that the car received.We have had the car for a couple of months now and it runs great we love it! Apart from everything they have exceptional customer services. We highly recommended them :)

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy from Marietta Auto Mart or Luxury Auto Mart. Especially do not deal with Finance Manager Joe Marek. DO NOT Trust Them!!!! Stay Away!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and hassle. They are extremely dishonest. I do not want what happened to me happen to anyone else. I now have to take them to court. I cannot believe a business would conduct business like this and have the owner accept this type of unscrupulous behavior. Please do your self a favor and find a reputable car dealer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I want to warn everyone I can.

Worst dealership i have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2010 Escalade from there, had trans & oil leaks plus a blown air shock. The manager was so happy to tell me that those 3 things will NOT fail a VA inspection. I commented back "and you're so very proud of that. That's more important than having customer possibly returning to purchase from them again. Definitely NOT! To top it all off, I already had my own financing approved through Pentagon FCU but the finance department ran my credit anyway, without my knowledge or permission. I received numerous emails for offers. I did not want them to do that. I already had a great rate and that lowers your credit score. The salesman and the dealer representative I dealt with were very courteous. I am very happy with them. I will never return here again. I signed all of my documents at Battlefield Ford nearby. I spoke to the Manager and purchased from Manassas Imports pre-owned. The building is an old roller skating rink converted to a dealership.

I asked this dealer if there was much rust on the car , he said there was no rust anywhere . The rocker panel has rust holes in it and it was partly repainted and the paint is flaking up around the rust holes , there weren't even patched . there is a lot of rust under the car and the wheel cover are broken edges . the shipper asked the seller why he didn't replace them and he said the new owner cold do that ,for $10 apiece . I'd never expect a car with 57899 miles on it to be so badly rusted . the shipper told me I over paid for it but I already knew that . This is the worst car I've ever purchased .

My father-in-law is in failing health and asked me if I would step in for him and help my mother-in-law find a new car. Of course... I'd do anything for them and was happy to help. But, also, felt the pressure a bit as I wanted to make sure I brought home a car he'd be pleased with... so I was probably paying a bit more attention to the little things than I otherwise might have. So, after test driving a few cars, we eventually zeroed in on Lexus ES350. It had to have low miles and the blind spot monitoring feature... those were both super important to my father-in-law as he's preparing her for life without him. Because of the "in-law" dynamic, out of the gate I was thinking CarMax because I thought that would just give me a bit of peace of mind buying from a big/well-known dealer. So, we got her trade in appraised there and paid the $200 fee to have a Lexus ES350 shipped in from their Richmond store. While we waited though, I found a Lexus ES350 at Sterling Auto Imports. It was nearly identical vehicle with a few more miles (20K vs 14K) but was newer (2018 vs 2017 at Carmax). It drove perfect and was in near pristine condition except for a couple of relatively minor paint chips. Eddie assured me he would have those fixed, but I was hesitant to make a decision until I saw the Carmax one. Fast forward a couple of days... when the Carmax car arrived, it also had a paint chip issue on the back bumper but there had some "spidering" in the paint that I could see getting worse. I was still going to buy it as the salesperson assured me they would fix the issue. However, they called me back in a few hours and told me they fixed it. He sent my pictures of their "fix"... which apparently entailed slapping some miscolored touch up paint on the bumper. It looked worse than before. Even then I was STILL going to take another look in person... again, because I was taking comfort in the "big box/brand" of Carmax. But, on the way back to Carmax with my mother-in-law, I said "let's take another look at that 2018... I really want to see that one again." So, we did. And I'm glad we did. First off, Eddie assured me that he would rectify the minor paint issue and it would look perfect. Again, the "in-law" pressure was strong and I really, really wanted my father-in-law to see a fairly perfect car... not a nice car ruined with some distracting touch up paint from walmart. In the end, we made a deal for the car and I never made it back to Carmax. Thrilled to report that Eddie went above and beyond and he exceeded our expectations w/the paint correction. Unlike Carmax, he fixed it RIGHT and, indeed, made it look perfect. Additionally, Eddie matched Carmax's offer (which I thought was a good trade-in offer) on her car. Oh, and the car was priced well below Carmax... which allowed her to avoid a car payment... which was also important to my father-in-law. So, in the end... Mother-in-law was happy... Father-in-Law was happy. And, Eddie/Sterling Auto Imports is who I'll call for my next car purchase (well, after my 2021 Ford Bronco arrives this week... which will be the one and only "new" car purchase of my life). BTW he's got a sweet Mercedes GT in the show room that looks sssssseeeexxxxxy.

So many problems and thousands of dollars later, the thing that's bothering me the most is they sold a car they knew had problems. The car failed inspection in April and 2 weeks later(at a different station) it passed. The problem hadn't been fixed and they knew that. We had to replace the control arms, in August, 6 weeks after buying the car.

I flew to Virginia from Minnesota to pick up the awesome truck that they had. I drove it all the way pack to Minnesota through seven states. It was such an incredible vehicle.. However, there was no sales tax calculated with the purchase, So to register for title they are asking for additional $2000. So I have not been able to register the vehicle. The tunnel cover on the back of the truck will not open. So I had to take the vehicle to a mechanic. It turns out that the tail gate on the vehicle is also broken and wont open. So I have to pay to repair both the tail gate and the tunnel cover on a vehicle that I just purchased. They said the vehicle passed the State of Virginia inspection. I don't believe in allowing dealers to be able to sell damaged vehicles. Especially with the prices that auto buyers are asked to pay. And why does a vehicle that passed a state vehicle inspection also have to be repaired.

I would buy from this car dealership again. Good car for a restart, if you want to get away from car payments and buy a car outright. The place I went to, Nas Auto Sales over in Virginia Beach. The owner she let me drive the car to get money orders to pay for the car. I had the car like all day and she was very welcoming in letting me take care of business to walk away with the car. I would recommend her and I will buy more cars from her in the future. Definitely a sleeper in the Virginia Beach area.

I purchased a 2008 Yukon from M.W. Auto Sales a couple of months ago. I must say that the service I received was very pleasant and it made my SUV buying experience much easier. The entire process from searching the lot to signing the papers was seamless! My SUV was reasonably priced in comparison with Kelley Blue Book and they provided me with a Carfax report. I like that all the cars are hand-picked by the owner and it shows because my SUV is SUPER CLEAN and runs very well. The salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable and they have good quality selection of cars.
