Us the people need to find a better way to buying cars from all these dealerships that aren't geared towards customer satisfaction. Yet again got ripped off by the next dealership just waiting to make the almighty buck. I have been through 4 managers and none of them are willing to make this situation right for all parties involved. None of the employees wanted to jump in to help

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

Tim Rich, Service Advisor provided me with superior customer service. He is a ten star service advisor. He went above and beyond in having a new engine installed in my 2015 Sonata much quicker than I expected. He even took time out to obtain a quote and time frame from a body shop to have the hood of my car painted and had my car delivered to them. Tim is extremely friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable and treated me as if I were his most important customer. I suspect be treats each of his customers the same way, as VIPs! He was upfront with me and has restored my faith that honesty still exists in the automotive repair business. I highly recommend Tim Rich to handle your service needs.

I have purchased 2 cars with Texan Hyundai. In 2018 I got a limited Sonata and in 2023 a limited Tucson with my husband. I plan to go in at the end of 2024 to trade in my Sonata for a Santa Fe. I have nothing be good things to say. James was very easy to work with. Then when we went to underwriting they laid everting out very clearly and left it up to us what we wanted to do. I didn't feel like an agenda was pushed on us.

Dishonest practices. Phone conversations and texts quickly disappeared when arriving onsite. Seems like pretend mystery people are handling deals online and by phone and then nobody knows them when you get to the dealership and the deal is all of the sudden 10k higher than what was already agreed to. Shady process is standard and anyone who works there knows the game and plays dumb. Go to Tomball Hyundai for a straight forward deal with Chris S. the sales manager. Test drive at NW Hyundai and then get out of there as fast as you can.

** You may think this review is just me being upset or angry for not getting things my way but its not. If i can warn even just one person from making the mistake of dealing with this dealership the way i have the review has done its purpose. I looked at the reviews before doing business like one usually does but thought the same thing as you probably will. “They have far more good reviews than bad, must mean something right? Well it doesn’t unfortunately. Honestly the worst dealership ive had to deal with. I was not going to post a review but i was coming towards the end of my lease with them and another issue happened which was the last straw. I felt the need to warn other buyers to stay away unless you want to deal with headaches for every issue you have with your vehicle. Don’t fall for the copy and paste replies the dealership makes to upset customers saying they will resolve the issue if we reach out or that they will fix the things they do wrong. There is a reason I am upset and a reason other people with low reviews are upset. It’s not an over exaggeration. As soon as you sign the documents, the great customer service they show upon arrival disappears. I have never done a google review. But the last 3 years of my lease was just one thing after another and just felt the need to warn others to stay away and do business elsewhere. I am just glad it was a lease and not a finance deal so i never have to deal with them ever again.

The salesman and sales manager tried to pull the usual scams (nitrogen in the tires, GPS tracker, etc.) that we've all come to expect. But when they couldn't get a hold of me after getting a car that matched what I was looking for, they sent two people to my house, 75 miles away. The second person, who happened to be the dealership's finance manager, went to my house and into my carport in the backyard to leave a note on one of our vehicles... I've never seen such desperate and insane behavior from a dealership before.
