i made an appointment today to test drive A TESLA. WELL i got there 15 minutes beofre my time and was welcomed by a sales guy. than he looked up my appointment and said ok let me get the keys . few minutes later he comes by and said sorry the car is in service at Tesla center. so i said should u not call me to let me know that. guy started to get nasty and he said u should have called. what a customer need to call ? i drove 40 miles and no car to test. guy was not even sorry and a guy sitting in next table said may be u should put $500 deposit. what ?u dont even have a car and want me put down $500 deposit . seems like pretty shaddy place. they advertised car on AUTOTRADER for $26500 and guy was saying that is including $1000 for trade in discount and $1000 for finacing discount . since i dont need financing and dont have trade in price would be $28500. something is total wrong with this place. they r trying to defraud u in any way they can. Buyer Beware. avoid this place.

I strongly advise avoiding this dealership - our vehicle purchase on 2/14/25 has been a nightmare from day 1. - Nearly TWO full months after purchasing this vehicle, Mountaintop Motors has still not provided me with the title, which is fully illegal under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. Initial phone calls to the dealership on this issue resulted in being told that Mountaintop never received the title from Carmax and they could not provide me with an ETA on resolution. Again, Mountaintop selling a vehicle before they possessed the title reflecting Mountaintop as the vehicle owner is fraudulent and is in fact a felony in multiple states. Repeated phone calls requesting to speak to the General Manager were not returned, the receptionist even tried to state that she could not put me on hold to wait for the GM to be available because the "phone systems wouldn't let a call be placed on hold." After finally connecting with the GM, his response to me was claiming that this happens all the time and that the state of Missouri is at fault for not sending them the title. This issue has yet to be resolved, and as a result I am forced to take legal action in order to simply title my vehicle. -Three warning lights (traction control, ABS, and check engine) came on less 30 minutes after driving off the lot. Nearly two months later, I have yet to be reimbursed for the cost of fixing the issue as was promised. Reading through reviews on Better Business Bureau, autodealers.com, etc, it's clear that many buyers have had issues with the vehicles purchased from Mountaintop Motors. I strongly suspect that they are not inspecting the vehicles as claimed. The issue for my vehicle was ultimately a simple fix that would have been identified in a standard inspection. -The $500 deposit for holding the vehicle was not applied to the purchase price of the vehicle as I was told. It took well over a month of repeated followups with salesman Brandon before the deposit was credited back. Simply ridiculous. This dealership promotes attractive prices and a "no haggle" approach, but they are wildly incompetent and clearly inept at following basic regulations as it relates to selling vehicles.

My daughter bought a used car from Victory Smithville recently. Her sales representative Mike was a quality human being and treated her with integrity and honesty. It turned out the car had a mechanical issue. The folks in the repair department immediately loaned her a car and took her car back and fixed it without question. The repair department actually called me directly to apologize for not originally catching the problem before selling the car. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, respectful and appeared to want nothing but our complete satisfaction. Our experience with Victory Smithville has been excellent. I recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and I saw this beautiful vehicle 2015 gmc Terran at Lou Fuz Subaru and thought it might be beyond our reach. We worked with Mo in sales. Mo walked us through everything and we told him what our parameters were and he worked diligently with finance to make our dream come true. Even though Mo is fairly new too the industry, I guarantee he has a bright future. He is caring,knowledgeable and knows how to talk with people. Let's not forget the finance team that fit the square peg in the round hole for us. Bottom line is go see Mo so your dreams can come true.

I took my car in for a recall and told them not to touch anything other than the recall. Despite telling them this, they incorrectly inflated the tires to levels that were completely out of Acura's specifications. My car requires different pressures for the front and rear tires. When I asked the dealership about this I was told that, "For winter time we usually set about 36psi so when it gets cold and loose pressure your [sic] OK." See the attached screenshot. The dealership never returned my calls. I would avoid this dealership because their have no respect for customer wishes and they refuse to follow Acura's specifications. I'm guessing they like to over inflate tires so that they can sell you new ones due to premature wear.

Loved my entire experience. Chris rocked. He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

Both times they tried to steal our trade in and both times we walked! Each time they said good luck getting better deal! Both times we went elsewhere and I received over $3000 more for my trades! THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning lights would randomly come on and not go off. When I called the service department about it, they said it's not " throwing any codes" we don't know what the problem is. What??? It took the car freezing up on the highway when one of the warning lights caused my car to shut down and my husband losing his xxxx on the service department for them to figure out the problem was and fix it. Called them today because I noticed the foam tape seeping up from in between the window and the dash. Telling them I needed them to fix it because they were the only ones to remove the dash. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and it might not be covered by my warranty. What??? They removed my dash, they didn't do the job right the first time and replace the foam tape correctly!!! Now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Run far and fast do not go here!!!
