The entire experience was successful. At the service desk Jason was patient, helpful, pleasant and thorough. Buying my new car here was the best car buying experience I ever had. My salesperson, Dylan, was so knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, actually listened to exactly what I wanted in a car, was super patient and helpful with all my questions, was very transparent throughout the process, and followed up to see how things were going after the purchase. He even went above and beyond scheduling an in person meeting with me a week after the purchase to answer more questions I had. Rob and Sara on the finance side were exceptional, too. The facility is immaculate and the waiting area has exceptional amenities. Overall everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and very committed to making sure I got what I want, my questions were answered, and that I was super happy with my purchase and the total experience. I LOVE my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, will only go to this dealership from now on, and will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know.

I have been searching for the best price that was available on either a 2024 or 2025 C8 Corvette, and I would settle for a LT 1. Well, found what I was looking for style, color as well as a good price, I had a conversation with. sales person whom invited me to come visit the dealership. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesperson Ms.Eilish Thomas who welcomed me with a warm firm hand shake, ensuring me that I have come to the right place. Not only was I given the GM employee family price, Costco discount and a BONUS DISCOUNT. I was floored; not only did I get one great price, but I also receives the family type fellowship from Eillish as well as a warm wonderful service from the financial manager. Eillish had me in and out within two hours I was driving my beautiful 2025 C8 Corvette. I was so happy that I drove it all day and night on the first day, and all day and night on the second day. The service here is terrible. - me

The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

On my Brother in law's recommendation I dealt with Erik Capion and he was right. My wife's lease on her F-150 was close to being up and with her being spoiled by driving 4x4 trucks for the last 6yrs., she wanted another one. We decided to purchase a used vehicle this time around as lease's are outrageous now. Erik sold us a 2021 Silverado at a great price with no Bulls%#t and low mileage. Needless to say, she is very happy with it as I am too. I'm sure there are other great sales persons at Bates Chevrolet but Erik is my sales guy for any future purchases. It was a fantastic experience! I called on Wednesday and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I explained that I worked until 4, and I was told "no problem, we can get you in tomorrow"! The gentleman at the counter went over everything with me. Where things stood with my breaks and filters, how much longer they should last, and was extremely polite. The guy was outstanding!
