Robert and Patrick were great. Was a little disappointed because I thought I would pick up the car on Tuesday and was not called. When I called Wednesday was told there was a miscommunication problem. Also somewhat disappointed that I had to get my own sticker. I plan on reaching out to Subaru to express my concern regarding the rust damage to my 2014 Impreza. I brought that car in for service and inspection every year so don’t understand how the damage could have happened in a year. I still have faith in Subaru.

Service always takes forever no matter what is getting done... even something as simple as an oil change takes over an hour. Everytime my car is in for a service something goes wrong... tech drops a part, they forget to put something back. In the last three visits I have accumulated 7 free oil changes as a sorry.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!
