As most of the use car sale lots are, of course, they can get you a loan that is overboard on interest, then they lie and tell you in 6 months you can refinance, more lies, even if you pay on time the companies that they stick you with will not refinance your load or even give you a lower rate, rip off, con deals. Mad City gave my son in law approval if I co-signed, and I said OK, so they even drove to my house to have me sign the paperwork, then when they arrived, they wanted me to be the first buyer on the loan which they never ever told us about in the first place, he tried to refinance for years while paying the car off and he was trapped with GM Finacial! It was supposed to build his credit and it wasn't he had to fight to have it put on his credit as he was paying the loan off! I should have learned when I had got a loan from Russ Davis, years before. There needs to be a law, this is unjust and unfair, no credit or bad credit doesn't give these companies a right to steal! I will never, ever, ever buy a new used car or new off a lot, EVER! I will always buy used from a private party! Who needs all the xx!

We had been looking for a Chrysler Town and Country to fit our needs for many weeks. Fortunately, we came across just what we were looking for on Cars.com at Appleton Motorcars. We called and the service manager took our call and explained what the vehicle was all about. We made an appointment to drive to Appleton (100 miles) to see it on a Saturday morning. George was excellent to work with! He likewise, explained that the vehicle had jus been received at their business. There were some things they were planning to fix in the following days. We were treated with great respect, it was like doing business with a friend. Doing business with George was an awesome experience.

AVOID this dealership at all costs, if you do decide to gamble and buy from Jeff's Northshore google the VIN number so you can see what auction they bought it from and for how much. I bought a 2018 chevy silverado and had numerous issued in the first month of owning. the won't fix unless I pay 100% of the cost. after I googled the VIN number I see they bought it from hansen auction group for $15k less than what I paid. the truck has serious issues...which is why they got it from an auction for so cheap....buyer beware!!!

Mike Bond was very informative and upfront. The current auto shortage makes things more difficult for consumers and salespeople, but we were treated with respect and honesty. I also appreciate that they are sticking to MSRP in a climate in which they could probably get more. I do not buy toyotas in the town that I live because of the way that I have been treated there in the past. I would make the trip to Bergstrom again for my next purchase. Ask for Mike Bond, and you will get straight answers.

Absolutely do not buy a car from James Town Auto nor go through Capital Auto credit You will more than likely regret it. I do. I was sold a car that I did not have for even a week. It was sold to me with a bad engine and now it’s been a nightmare to get it fixed. I’m paying for a car I cannot drive and they are no help Ive been paying more for repairs than payments. I called the week I got home with it because the check engine light continued to come on and I couldn’t go over 4 mph…. On the way home from the dealership. They tell you that DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE… at any location. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. There are plenty of bad reviews. I always made my monthly payments and always stayed in communication with this company. Yes I had fell behind a little but always made sure to make the full payment. Reason for falling behind is because of car repairs that were problems from the dealership not from me and they tell you that they will help you with car repair with a contact but never should we have to pay for repairs that they fail to tell you before you purchase the vehicle. I Captain communication with this company let them know that I'll be getting paid on Monday they then asked me to send over my check stub to make sure that they receive payment as soon as I did so and sent all my information over they came and got my vehicle the very next day as the repo people picked up my vehicle they told me that I was lied to by the debt collector they also told me that they do not like n****** or black people and they could not stand the man that was giving me the information because he's black I also have it on surveillance cameras from my house they were recorded I am blessed because now I have a new vehicle that runs great and I know now that I will not be treated unfairly I noticed that I started becoming treated unfairly once this company knew that I had a biracial son I am from Xenia Ohio I discovered that not only myself but several other people in the community that has rented from these dealerships and the bank of Jamestown Auto they noticed that they rigged their vehicles and Capital auto credit is an LLC they are the ones that sent over a repo guy and I only owed $500 after they picked up my vehicle they told me that I owed $700 when I've made several payments not to mention the car repairs I was told by Capital Auto Credit another reason why they came and got my vehicle is because I asked to speak to another representative and be assigned to another representative because I felt that I was treated unfairly and unkind I am only 37 years old and I've learned a lot from this experience I'm not bashing his company I just believe they need a lot of work and a lot of respect and to be honest and accurate with their customers when they sell a vehicle due to single mothers as myself that works extremely hard to stay up on her payments let alone up on payments on a vehicle that needed extremely amount of car repairs that I was not informed about I do not like the right reviews like this but some people should learn their lesson especially when it comes to a company and by the racial thing it's something that I cannot forget I felt very uncomfortable in that situation I understand that they're doing their job that they're picking up Vehicles because they're being asked to but I do not agree with how I was treated from Capital Auto one and how I was treated by the repo people that they sent never should the word n***** or black people be mentioned on how much you hate them when you're picking up somebody's vehicle very unprofessional and I was very uncomfortable let remind you I had the money to get my vehicle but instead I was smart enough and brave enough to get out of this situation before it was too late and find something different and start over again last but not least I have learned my lesson and what I've learned and what I'd like for you to know before you purchase a vehicle or to even consider ever going through a horrible dealership like this one If you're going to be doing business with a car dealership, it's important to know what kind of reputation they have.
