I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them and, before making a decision, I paid for an independent inspection by my mechanic. The inspection revealed multiple issues that would require repairs. After bringing these concerns to the dealership's attention, I was disappointed by their response. The vehicle was already priced well above its Kelley Blue Book value, yet despite the known mechanical issues, the dealership was only willing to reduce the price by $1,000. That amount would have covered only one of the repairs identified during the inspection. If I had purchased the vehicle, I would have been forced to spend thousands more out of pocket, leaving me with far more invested than the vehicle was actually worth. What makes this even more concerning is that once the issues were discovered, I was told the vehicle would be sent to auction if i didnt accept the $1000 off the asking price. However, the vehicle remains on their lot and is still being offered for sale. The fact that they are continuing to market a vehicle after being made aware of significant issues, while refusing to price it according to its actual condition, raises serious concerns about transparency and customer care. Buyers should absolutely pay for an independent inspection before purchasing anything from this dealership. Had I relied solely on the dealership's representation of the vehicle, I could have ended up with a costly mistake. More

Great dealership, helped me find a car that was the right all around for my situation. Cam, Tony and Omar all worked together for several weeks of me shopping. I was looking at GMC and Ford SUVs, but the power just wasn’t what I wanted. They told me a few times try the Range Rover. I finally decided why not it’s a free test drive. Well it turned into a lot of money. I should have listened to them earlier. The Supercharged V8 just keeps on pulling and the comfort is bar none. The guys at ENE Motors listened to what I wanted and got me in love with driving again. I will say the downside is my wife wants one too now! More

Well after I told them what I was looking for they had me drive one of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 they had, during the test drive I knew that I wanted it. When I got back they started they had already appraised my trade and we went into the office to get financing. I was very happy with the rate and terms. They made sure everything went smooth and did everything so I could take care of purchase and trade in all in one trip. Thanks guys...I love my Mercedes GLS!!! More

I would like to leave this terrible review about the car dealer ENE MOTORS. I didn’t want to buy a car from a dealer because I know they mostly resell vehicles, but I ended up visiting them to look at a car dealer ENE MOTORS. I didn’t want to buy a car from a dealer because I know they mostly resell vehicles, but I ended up visiting them to look at a car. The car itself didn’t look great: dull headlights, repainted fenders, signs of polishing to make it look better for sale, rust on the undercarriage, and even on the engine. This was a 2009 vehicle. I didn’t want to buy it, but I also didn’t want to return to California without a similar car. Somehow, I made the regrettable decision to purchase this junk for $10,000. On the road, the car felt unstable, and after just 250 miles, I started having brake issues. I wrote to the company expressing my dissatisfaction and requested to return the car. The dealer replied that returning the vehicle was not an option, even though their website has a return policy. Their behavior felt deceptive. I managed to make it to California, barely. I didn’t have the money to fix the car. Two weeks later, I decided to register it. In California, vehicles must pass a smog check, but the car failed because it has a non-original catalytic converter installed. When I raised this issue with the dealer, they ignored my concerns, saying, “It’s not our problem. We sold you the car; it’s up to you to deal with it.” I intend to take this issue to court. The first step I decided to take was to leave a review everywhere to warn honest people not to fall into the trap of this dishonest car dealer. Thank you for reading if you made it this far. More
