Matt Hoppe helped us find and buy a 2015 Escape Turbo SUV that has been trouble free.Helped save us some money too. Scott in service and John in parts have been a big help and get the job done promptly. Service Dept Contact. My vehicle needed a tow. I was closest to this dealership so I went there. This was my first contact with the service division of Holiday -Ford. They were expedient, the service writer, Cole, was very pleasant and helpful, as well as were the other personnel I spoke with. The price was fair, and I will not hesitate to contact them for any warranty work on my vehicle or other service work. I did not purchase vehicle from them as I lived in another city at the time and had used that dealership for my work. Cole was the person I dealt with most. He was easy to work with, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank You for a good experience

I brought my stable in. I had a recall and another issue with my Mustang Mach E and also an issue with my 2010 Mustang convertible with the thermostat housing and rear axle tire seal. Dylan's Service Team along with Tucker and himself were honest and up front with every issue. I received a text message with video of what was wrong with my vehicles. It was kind of fun to see what they are seeing and have a better understanding of my vehicles and feel a different part of ownership with that knowledge. I would recommend Hudson Ford's service department for any EV issue or ICE car. They have an on-site expert EV tech and have chargers available. Every EV owner can trust this Team. I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch. That's the action I recieve. Thanks, Lynch team, you guys scored another one, in my book.

Upon my first visit since the buyout I was relieved to find most of the former Chilson staff has been retained and the service I received was excellent and indistinguishable from the past.
