John Endisch is always upbeat, straight forward, and one of the reasons I continue to use this dealership for service on my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. I have less than favorable experiences with other Toyota dealers in Milwaukee, and this dealer is by far the best. I have owned Toyotas all my life, and will continue to do so. I have never had any problems with service at this dealership. And the service is always done without problems, and in a efficient manor, timewise.

I took my 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 into the dealership to have a rear camera issue fixed. The service representative, Nick, did a fantastic job in getting me set up with the technician, Dan, and he was able to fix my issue within an hour. Before you install an aftermarket light bar, be sure to talk to the dealer about which one to purchase so that it does not affect your electronics and to avoid potential corrosion both leading to my camera malfunctioning. Uptown never fails to impress! My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am. I had a change in my schedule and arrived at 9. They took me in right away and got my car on the books. They explained that the problem I had would be a couple of hours. They found the issue and replaced the faulty EV Battery and I was on my way in less than 2 hours!.
