I recently purchased a used Kia Sorrento. I went for a 1st service visit last week. Everyone was very friendly. I had made a mistake on my calendar and showed up a day early. They accommodated the service that day and did not make me come back the next. The waiting area has free coffee and soda available. They do a thorough multipoint inspection. They discovered a worn serpentine belt which I had replaced. I’m about to take a very long trip and would not want to be stranded somewhere by a belt failure. They washed the car prior to returning it to me. I headed out feeling very good about the visit. Unfortunately, on the way out, I accidentally caused some damage to the facility. Their primary focus was my well-being. I was asked several times how I felt. I met the general manager who was very nice. They assisted with the insurance claim. Overall, they were friendly, accommodating, thorough, kind and empathetic. This is a top rate facility that I would recommend to everyone.
