In the last 10 years I have purchased close to 30 vehicles and my experience with Kayser ranks at the top. I dealt mainly with Brent, but also Brandon and Adam and all three were great. This was a distance purchase so all 3 went out of their way to make sure all my needs and questions were taken care of in a timely fashion. There were no games most dealers like to play, constant communication, good lease price on the vehicle, and they even sent a driver to pick me up since I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. It doesn't get better than that. Other dealerships could take a page or two from the Kayser Sales playbook. A+++

After many months of searching, I finally found the perfect Suburban, but it's over 400mls away from my home in Missouri. The trip was WELL worth it! Sam, Kacie, McKenna, and the serviceman that worked last Saturday were pure gems. They went above and beyond to accommodate. McKenna did a video call and did a great job showing me the vehicle inside and out and answered my questions before I made the decision to make the big trip. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was super nice and accommodating. The vehicle was in a inside bay waiting for me to go through. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff and they made me feel very comfortable in their house. There was an issue with the blower fan and even on a Saturday a serviceman was able to fix it. Kacie and Sam answered all my questions and took really go care of me. The dreaded negotiation process was actually pleasant. Sam was VERY fair with numbers and turned his computer screen around to show how the numbers where working. Absolutely nothing hidden, total transparency. You can definitely tell that these people love their jobs and care about whoever walks through their doors. Thank you VERY much for the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The warmth and personable touch you guys showed me was/is not gone unnoticed and VERY appreciated. This dealership is not like all the others out there. Jim allowed me to take an extensive test drive with my 2012 GMC Yukon XL by myself. Many dealers require the salesman to accompany the buyer on test drives. I tested the vehicle on an Interstate highway, a crooked country road and on a rough & bumpy streets and it met all my expectations. Then my wife took it on a 35 mile test drive. We had the vehicle all afternoon and when I returned to the dealership there was no hard sell. Jim asked if I liked the Yukon or if I would like to test drive another of their many vehicles in stock. The price I had in mind was 1500.00 less then the quoted price and when I told Jim the price I had in mind, he agreed to sell the Yukon for the price I wanted. I would recommend Jim and the dealership to everyone & I will most likely buy my next vehicle from Jim Eckhard.

We just bought a 2016 Malibu and we just love it! We traded a 2007 Malibu, which we also bought brand new from Krajnik Chevrolet. Everyone at Krajnik's (from the salespeople to the service dept.) are all wonderful. They are courteous and friendly. We just had our first oil change and were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was also very nice.
