I’ve been bringing my suburbans here for well over five years, and unfortunately the experience has continued to decline. Despite having multiple service appointments under my name and phone number over years, and unfortunately the experience has continued to decline. Despite having multiple service appointments under my name and phone number over the years, I'm still asked if it's my first time here every single visit. It's a small thing, but it speaks to the overall customer experience. I also asked several times to have a peeling trim piece on my steering wheel replaced under warranty. I was told it had been replaced, but it clearly wasn't—the same damaged piece is still there today. When we stopped in to look at a new Suburban on the lot, we were completely brushed off by a salesperson who appeared unprofessional, wearing a T-shirt with his stomach hanging out. It certainly didn't leave us feeling like our business was valued. The final straw was our most recent oil change and tire rotation. Within minutes of leaving the dealership, the vehicle began thumping so badly that I thought I had blown a tire. I immediately returned, and they took the vehicle back without giving me any updates. When they finally said it was ready, I had to ask what had happened. I was told the tires had been installed incorrectly. That's a serious safety issue. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt to make it right. After years of giving this dealership opportunities, I’ve decided I won't be coming back. I hope they take customer service and attention to detail more seriously in the future. More
