If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Allyssa. Working with Allyssa didn't feel like a typical dealership experience; it felt like we had a partner in the process. From the moment we started, she focused on making a genuine connection with us rather than just pushing for a sale. We never felt like "just another number". She was incredibly patient, kind, and completely removed the stress and pressure usually associated with buying a car. My wife and I came in unsure of exactly what we wanted. Allyssa was very accommodating and helped us test drive both the Grand Highlander standard Hybrid and the Hybrid MAX back-to-back. That comparison was a game-changer and led us to switch our focus to the MAX, which we absolutely love. She never pressured us; she just gave us the information we needed to make the right choice. 5 stars rating. Customer service and sales were superior. Very transparent and efficient process. The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

Very good at not telling the truth - Cil

Car had been wrecked, not reported on Carfax. They knew it was in an accident,made repairs badly. Would not admit to it. Ask to just return my car back. Lied again said it went to wholesaler. Not true. Found on their other lot in Williamson,Wv. Don't deal with these guys.
