I walked in and the first person to open the door for us was Mr. KREIN. I had driven 5 hours that day looking somewhat like a college freshman who had just finished a Taekwondo lesson; but Mr. KREIN' showed me professional grace and excellent customer service rare in my experience. I went back next business day and closed the deal on newer car than I first thought I could afford. I would highly recommend Mr. KREIN'. BTW; he offered us two bottled water to take with us with the promise return the next day. Repeating; I was eager to return next day and as ofthis review write up, I nnow drivethe car of my dreams! ( I noted the Iin person interaction was a priority at this dealership. Phones were going off the hook during my visit- I would recommend In Person invested visit to this Fife located dealership; N.W. Preowned' Center. I am one of the old school who like in-person faceto face vs phone-email anyways. Other dealerships do not and did not rreply email. Inquiries; other dealerships repeatedly encourage in-person visit rather than give numbers over the phone. This Fife located 'N.W. Preowned Center' gives one the 'Leave It to Beaver' Episode/ Mr. ROGERS NEIGHBORHOOD experience oof QualityCustomer Service appreciated by old-schoolers like myself...I highly recommend Mr.Krein as the go to guy at this dealership!

Had concerns during the test drive. The salesman said they have "professionals " look their cars over and this car is mechanically sound, no issues and the body was.great, hadn't had any body work and not involved in any accidents. So, i bought it. A few hours later the transmission went out. Called the dealership and the salesman pretty much said 'too bad. You are on your own'.. Got it home and realized the right rear quarter panel didn't look right. That is because there is about 2 pounds of body filler (bondo) that they used to hide the damaged area. I left a bad review on another site and received a reply from "the owner" of the dealership, telling me that want to resolve this issue and I needed to call the corporate office and speak to their "service team". I have called 3 different locations and only the last one I called offered a phone number for "Corporate". But even though I called every location and left messages with each for a call back there is no one calling me. Their message of "let's resolve this" was just more lies. AMAZING car buying experience. Went to see them on a car that I saw online. Unfortunately it sold right before I drove into the dealership. Here's the best part, the next day I got a call from the sales person telling me the manager found the same car that I wated to buy the day before. It had less miles and more equippment and they sold it to me for the same price as the one I just missed. I am still shocked and amazed on the great customer service. How did they know that I REALLY HATE CAR SHOPPING??? They did the hard work and saved me from talking to a bunch of sharks at other dealers.

There is no difference here, just another used car dealership. They will tell you anything that they think you want to hear. My 2016 town&country was supposed to have been through a multipoint inspection program. The AC was completely trashed. I had to go through all the hassle of three trips to the dealership. The windshield had some goo on it. Overspray from spraying the dash to make it look all pretty. The worst was charging me 200 dollars for paperwork and sending me home without the title after I gave them cash. Watch your back. They do have access to a nice selection of used cars and vans. And do not believe one word about new floormats---it will never happen.

Products and pricing = great. Not a very professional salesman. Finance manager was informative and enjoyable. The overall transaction could have been quicker. The vehicle did not have a full tank because according to the salesman, he did not have time to fill it up. However, he was able to take it to a tire store and fill up a very low tire before our test drive. He said since it was past 6 pm he couldn’t get gas. We had a 2:30 pm appointment that we met and left just after 6 pm. It was a cash deal.

When I called the owner, Justin was very friendly and accommodating and asked to check the car to make it right. Ended up Low replaced an expensive part which was failing. BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE SELLING CARS THAT ARE NOT SAFE TO DRIVE!!! They don't care they just want the money. When I came in to buy a car I dealt w/ Terri I told her I wanted to buy a car for my teenage son who just got his license when I test drove the car I noticed he brakes I would have to press all the way down for it to stop I asked her about it she told me it's because it was just serviced and needed to be broken in, 2 weeks after I bought the car my son almost got in an accident because the brakes did not work and ended up in someone's yard, I called numerous times & left messages with no call back I continued to call until I got in touch with the manager at the time hey sent me to their shop a month later the cars ball joint broke again after 2 weeks of constantly calling w/o a call back I personally went to the dealership to speak w/ the owner the people at the desk told me they did not know where the owner was I asked them to call throughout the 2 hrs I waited I guess they finally got a hold of him because after 2.5 hrs he came he made a call to someone gave the VIN # & per the owner itd confirmed that the car was not in good condition when sold the owner made an agreement with me that he will pay for 1/2 of the cost so I made an appointment to get it fixed the day it was upside to be picked up no one came haven't heard from anyone so again I start to call after 2 days of calling the owner tells me the mechanic had to leave on emergency because his mother had a heart attack, so I rescheduled the day came again no one picked up the car same process again I called and called no answer so this time I was advised of communicate via email to document our conversations which I did the owner finally replied via email saying he will no longer help me because he found out I made a claim w/ the BBB & attorney general. My son has since been traumatized and doesn't want this car that he only drove for maybe 2 months max like I said earlie BUYER BEWRE!!! this has been a headache and waste of money for a car that broke down 2 weeks after i bought it and Terri to say this is a good car good condition and you are so lucky because this car was just serviced and everything is works just fine. I would rate this dealership negative!!! And I will make sure no one goes through what I'm son has gone through

I was scammed out of 30,000 an not I am making bank payments for a car that I do not have.... We have to buy another car which will hurt my family financially, So I repeat to everyone this is a SCAM do not send money there are no cars. Mine looked good checked out with DMV and carfax. Bought a used car from out of state after a video walk-around, exactly as advertised. Everything was very professional. Only thing that could have been done better was the price increased by $5K after I started inquiring. Perhaps market fluctuation is common but still this much adjustment is not really acceptable IMHO. Ultimately they did bring the price back down close to the original advertised price, so I can't complaint too much. Communication was excellent. Staff were all pleasant. Delivery was quite fast.
