Purchased used vehicle. - SaynotoDickHannah
Purchased used vehicle. Immediately had electrical issues and check engine light failure code. Attempted to use 5 day exchange program offered by Dick Hannah. Sales/Finance manager Long Nguyen (not sure which as he introduced himself initially as the finance manager, but his title was sales manager in emails) offered one and only one vehicle to exchange for. He tried to force me to accept the vehicle without opening the door or driving it. And oh yeah, they wanted $5000 more dollars for the exchange vehicle. The vehicle met none of my needs. Forced to stay with the original vehicle, they agreed to fix the electrical issues. They kept the vehicle for almost 60 days (let me repeat, 60 days) and in another conversation with Long he advised I would not be told what was repaired on the vehicle. During the 60 days I waited for my vehicle, updates were infrequent. Despite calls, emails, text messages, I was ignored. After finally receiving the vehicle, paint began to peel off the rear quarter panel. The paint began peeling 10 days after I finally received the vehicle. Under the peeling paint, there was filler indicating a recent body repair. This vehicle was sold as collision free, including a clean CarFax. Upon returning to the dealership for the 5th time, Kevin, another sales manager stated "we've done enough for you". He stated they did not do the repair. The vehicle was from another Dick Hannah dealership according to my sales person. I had a body shop human look at the peeling paint and they indicated it was a recent repair and I should return to the dealer. I am happy to share photos or further details about my experience.
