Came in late in the day looking to trade in my truck pretty fast. They found the truck I wanted at another dealership hours away. They picked up the truck the next day, drove it back and had me out the door. All this in less than 24 hours. Very impressed.

The other dealership did nothing to help us, but Raymond at the Mazda Service center was amazing. He helped us get the vehicle back up to shape. Though it was still very expensive, he did everything he could to keep our costs down. Wish we had bought from them instead!

Updated Review: I'm updating my review after learning more details and taking time to reflect. I want to say I’m now very happy with my purchase and absolutely love my new car. While the initial buying experience had some frustrations, the dealership ultimately made it right by putting me into a brand new vehicle I’m thrilled with. Austin Dinsmore and David Patel were especially understanding and went above and beyond to help resolve things, which I truly appreciated. All in all, I’m satisfied with my purchase and my experience, and I’m grateful for how things turned out in the end.

My wife and I were very frustrated with our local dealers high pressure, high priced, sales until we expanded our search and found the right vehicle and the right salesperson, Michelle Starkey. Michelle was like a (very busy) family member. The price and details were upfront without hidden add-ons or prices. It was very refreshing to feel like we didn't need to be on the defense. It was worth the drive and suffering the Seattle traffic for the no hassle purchase. All of the staff including Camille Kim with the financial department did everything possible to get us back on the road home as soon as possible. We absolutely love our Previously owned 2025 Honda Pilot and Honda of Bellingham. Their shuttle service made our transportation a breeze after our rental car drop off. I recommend this dealership and Michelle as your next salesperson!

We've bought 4 cars with CarMax this year and had amazing luck with all of them. (All our cars were well over a decade old and it was time to upgrade.) Our new CarMax cars have all been in great shape, with a great price for low mileage and no problems or outstanding recalls. They check the cars over very carefully, clean and repair them, and have them ready to go. The latest car was an N-Line Hyundai Kona, 2022, with 9079 miles on the odometer. It's basically new, and I got it for an amazing price. Apparently the N-Line is their racing car made street legal, and it feels like it. Great acceleration, sweet handling, takes curves like no car I've ever had. I love it.
