This is a small family-owned/run business that operates with a lot of integrity and care. Aaron is extremely transparent and informative. I was a single female purchaser and wary of misinformation or manipulation, but everything he told me checked out with other references and online research and friends looking out for me who had worked on cars. He has a great heart and not only helps his customers but treats his staff really well and does community advocacy work to raise money and awareness for kids with disabilities. He worked TONS of extra hours to answer my questions and help me address all my fears and concerns about buying a used car. I live in Seattle and the extra care was worth the trip down to Spanaway.

I purchased my 2006 Mazda 3 this weekend at Vancouver Car Company. The experience was surprisingly good. My Salesman Tommy Mills was great, they let me look by myself at first and provided Carfaxes and Kelly Bluebook Values on the vehicles I was interested in. I left to look at several others at other lots and they were not pushy or rude when I wanted to leave. I wish I had saved myself the time and just bought then because my experiences elsewhere were not as good. I am very happy with my purchase and the price was fair. There were no layers of management and once I had decided to purchase I was out in less than an hour. I was surprised that they had credit union financing. I got a great rate a low payment and a beautiful car. Thanks Tommy I'll recommend you to all my friends.

I was in the market for a very specific type of GTI and found what I was looking for at Roger Jobs Volkswagen. I contacted Nick Leader through email and told him I was interested in one of his cars. He answered all of my questions, gave me a really great price, and setup a time for me to come look at the car. I've been to many dealers in my lifetime and this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. None of that stereotypical high pressure sales talk. I was also impressed at his knowledge about cars in general. He definitely has a passion for this stuff. He gave me a surprisingly great price on my trade in and was very honest about everything up front. The whole experience was fantastic. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but I'll make an exception this time. If you are looking for a VW or Audi, go through Nick Leader. You won't be disappointed.

Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional, not willing to work with buyers who were ready to go. Our salesman was Slava. We spoke for a week leading up to our arrival and he guaranteed everyone was ready to go. Forced us into an appointment time yet was unavailable when we arrived. Test drove with the another guy who was super nice but forced away by Slava. Slava was rude and would not take off a bunch of hidden fees. The truck was not as described. We went to a place down the road and purchased a much nicer vehicle at a better price. During our test drive on the new vehicle Slava called four times and was texting saying he was now willing to work with us. Would never recommend this place.

Great buying experience! Usually hate dealing with car places, but these guys were great, no pressure, vehicle was exactly as described. Had my financing pre-approved, got a great interest rate, and all the paperwork ready to go so when I arrived, we were in and out of there in just a matter of a couple hours. Lauren our sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable, she was also very responsive to my inquiries emails and questions. I love my new Chevy Tahoe, thank you lauren and wheels and deals staff.
