Best car buying experience I have had. They have quality used vehicles (no junkers) and they go out if their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. There is No sales pressure, and they do what they say they will. We bought a 07 Ridgeline from them. The vehicle had not been detailed and made ready for the sales lot (they have standards for what condition a vehicle needs to be in before it goes up for sale!) however we spotted it and wanted it. The price was competitive if not a little below the market price. Pat and his team promised to get it into shape including replacing the front driver seat covering because it was worn and replacing the timing belt and water pump due to factory recommendations. My wife was a little nervous about purchasing the vehicle before everything had been completed;. We would have no recourse if they did not fulfill their promise. However, we forged ahead. They did everything they promised in a timely fashion and we are very happy customers. I would, and will, recommend Pat Moore Quality Cars to anyone looking for a quality car.

A rare buying experience in todays auto I can’t appreciate that more. After making a deal over the phone he went to the vehicle to check on a few questions I had and discovered some clear coat peeling. Without hesitation he assured me it would be 100% corrected the right way. And when I picked the car up it was, it looked amazing. The whole process from first phone call to delivery of the vehicle was exactly as you’d expect. Communication was outstanding with Cyrus as well. If you want a straight forward no B.S. buying experience I wouldn’t suggest going anywhere else. After a terrible buying experience earlier this year with a dealership in Bellingham (MB Motors 🤮) this has restored my faith in buying cars out of state. Thank you Cyrus and Quality Auto for an A+ buying experience!

This dealership completely ignores the pre-qualified terms listed on the cars.com website. They use the pre-qualified terms to lure you to the dealership to then demand a totally different price and down payment. Which is false advertising at the least, and dishonest behavior at the most. Cars.com should not attach your name or list cars or dealers that do not represent you in an honest manner. You allow them to tarnish your reputation that in turn prevents repeat business. If the dealership's you are listing dishonest so are you.

I bought a car here at Seattle Motorsports 8 months ago, the engine blew 3 months ago. Since the day I bought the car it had problems, after going to the lady that owns the dealership (Tami Green) promised me from day one that she'd do this and take care of that for me and never kept to her word. She also held my license plate hostage until I payed off a small fee and unlawfully issued me temporary plates for 4 months. After my engine blew I called her and she said bring the car in and she'll fix it and give me a loaner while it's getting fixed, that was a lie. Tami Green stole my car back and held it hostage now for 3 month's and has made up lies to me and the finance company that owns the car over and over again. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from any of her lots as she is very shady and you'll just end up with a bad car deal, she is very unprofessional and cannot be trusted!

This dealership is terrible to deal with if something happens to the vehicle they sell you. Mike and Tom both have been unresponsive to calls for assistance after my headgasket blew 14 days after purchasing my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. This is with the purchase of a "bumper to bumper" warranty. After 6 shops and finally finding someone to make the repairs, I still had to pay 1/2 of the $7200 charge for the repair. Not sure what the benefit of the warranty is if they don't cover repair costs. Thinking they sold me a lemon and now I'm stuck with a money pit for a vehicle. Still having issues with it since getting it back from the shop and ZERO support from Mike and Tom. Look somewhere else if you are looking for people who will do the right thing when something happens. This place isn't it.

I have actually purchased 2 cars from Calidad Autos. On the first occasion the team really worked with us to find a car that fit our needs when we were in a pinch. I had the car checked out and it looked good so we bought it. They worked with us to get to a price we could afford and I really appreciated it at the time. The second car I bought ~7 months ago. I had actually been looking for a specific kind of car for about a year prior that they didn't have at the dealership when I was there before. They told me they would keep an eye open for me, but I didn't hear from them for several months and didn't think much about it (I kind of forgot about it, actually). Then I got a call from Alden out of the blue and he had come across that EXACT car and asked me if I wanted it!! I was surprised that he had even remembered! I did end up buying that car and it is awesome. I would recommend the folks at Calidad if you're looking for a nice used car. They carry great inventory and will work with you to get you into something at a price you can afford. Nice down-to-earth people!

My husband is also self employeed so it was a very tough situation. They were friendly through the whole process and I would recommend them to everyone.

Bought a 2007 Mini Cooper in June 2016. Car had a new cylinder head so we thought it would be a very reliable car for many years. 400 miles later it sucked 3 valves. Apparently the head had been milled too far. Went to Mike the manager and he made promise after promise to help us out. Told us to take it to his mechanic down the street. The repair shop owner waited 7 months for help from Washington Credit Kings. I mad numerous calls and personal meetings with Mike to no avail. I finally gave up and $6900 later with a new engine from BMW we got the car back today. 9 months later!!! And they also tried to suck me in on an outrageous loan for 12%. The following day after buying the car I went to BECU and got the loan at 4%!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVEN STEP FOOT ON THIS PLACES BUSINESS. THEY DON'T GIVE A xxxx ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Called today talked to a guy named Dani he claims to be the manager I asked him to talk to a professional mechanic regarding my car, he answered aggressively with very rude voice NO!!! you can't and hanged up on me. called back asking to talk to the manager. He answered and said "i am the manager you don't like what you hear go and complain". just bought a new car from there was happy until i experienced bad customer service never going to do any business at westcost mazda , i will go with John hine, they are more professional
