Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

Every time our car is serviced, something goes wrong and it needs more work. The final straw for us was when we had our transmission replaced for close to $8,000.00 and immediately had other issues with our car. We waited and hoped it would get better, but did not so we went and got other opinions from 2 other mechanics. The new problem we were told was due to when the transmission was replaced, by both mechanics! We took the vehicle back to Carr and they told us their mechanics are very capable and would not have made that problem, but we will give you a deal and fix it for $3,000.00! They refused to take responsibility. for the problem that they created and would not fix their mistake. We've realized that we've spent more on our vehicle since we've been taking it there with mechanical work at Carr then what we bought our vehicle for! So, if you want to continually have car issues and spend more than you bought your vehicle for, then this is the place to have your car worked on.

This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.
