Hyundai of Kirkland was great! Specifically, our salesperson Alison was so helpful. She patiently answered all of our questions, and when she wasn't 100% sure of a specific detail of the (brand new model) vehicle we were looking at, she didn't try to fake her way through it (as far too many at other companies had done during our hunt). She didn't hesitate to look up the answers on her phone. With her help, we chose the vehicle we felt fit our needs best, and when they didn't have that specific combination on their lot, she was able to find one nearby. She actually took a big chunk of the day driving to that dealership to get the car back to Kirkland for us. That is literally going the extra mile for us! Thanks Alison and Hyundai of Kirkland!
