It was a great experience working with Ford of Kirkland. James Toro was great to work with. Once I decided to get the truck, he got everything filled out. He also took the time to set up all the features on the vehicle. I was in and out in about 3 hours. It was awesome

The staff at this dealership were dismissive, rude, and ultimately unprofessional. We were interested in a value vehicle (around $8,000) and called to request that it be transferred to a sister dealership closer to our home. Initially, the sales manager was polite, but as soon as he learned the purpose of our call, his tone changed dramatically. He began cutting us off, raised his voice, and eventually hung up the phone. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable — especially from someone in a leadership role. If this is how they treat potential customers before a sale, I can only imagine how they’d handle things afterward. Go elsewhere.
