I've only dealt with the service department and I'm not impressed. Service advisors are difficult to reach, appointments are scheduled out around a month and, despite having a morning appointment, they wer impressed. Service advisors are difficult to reach, appointments are scheduled out around a month and, despite having a morning appointment, they were well over an hour even getting to my vehicle. Worst of all, they ignored the problems and said "everything was normal" when it's clearly not. A request to have a service advisor or technician go on a test drive with me would mean another appointment another month out! Really? This is a nearly new vehicle with less than 700 miles on it. It took over 3 calls, each hours apart and leaving a message after each to please call me back when their phone system each time bumped me out of waiting on hold forcing me to leave a message. And yet nobody ever called back and the service advisors seem to ignore inbound calls. The fourth time I called I explained the problem and finally got a service advisor. And, after waiting a month and all of the above, it has the same issues as when I took it in! It seems like a decent enough dealer, and most I've spoken to seem nice enough, but their service department is lacking in multiple areas. I've dealt with service departments for Honda and Mazda and they're night and day better. Even Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland was much better. More

I took my car into Lee Johnson for an oil change and check up and estimate for some potentially work that I was considering having done. The staff made my wait very comfortable by giving me comfortable check up and estimate for some potentially work that I was considering having done.
