I had a pretty good experience with this dealership; the sales rep was friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to help us. The finance guy was knowledgeable and fun to work with, found a better rate than I got with my pre-approval, and was very efficient. However, driving our new-used vehicle home, my wife, driving behind me, noticed one of the rear wheels was wobbly. The next day, I verified her concern, then took the vehicle to Les Schwab to check it out. Turns out there was a leftover spacer between the brake drum and the tire rim, likely from custom tires taken off by the previous owner, which the dealership did not catch. So, I caution any customers to make sure potential vehicles for purchase have been inspected with a fine-toothed comb before signing on the dotted line. Consequently, it cost me more money to get my issue repaired, one day after purchase. Overall, I love the vehicle we got and my first time experience with this dealership was satisfactory.

I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

I am pretty disappointed with the sales team. I had an appointment set up to buy a new truck but I live 1.5 to 2 hours away and all I ask for was a some good base numbers to go off of before I come. I had a 2020 ram 2500 trade in and I was looking for a 3500. Communication was really poor over text and they acted like they didn't want my business. for a returning customer does not look good at all. If I was in sales I would work my butt of to make the sale and make the customer want to return for years to come. I was trying to buy a truck and it didn't happen you would think they would want me to. They just quit texting me with no more info.

Bought a Chevy Traverse in December, before the month was out the alternator had died and needed to be replaced and I found out the battery was over 6 years old. Then on a trip not more than 3 weeks later the brakes started to make noise and will need to be replaced. They claim to run their cars through rigorous tests before selling, but they clearly do not. I gave them a chance to have some integrity and reimburse me for the cost of the alternator to which they replied that there was nothing they can do. DO NOT trust them with your business.

He is exemplary in his ability to listen well, have patience, communicate well, and go the extra mile to make his customers feel well represented and comfortable that CDJR will take amazing care of their vehicle and return it as soon as possible. I also had the chance to meet one of the service managers - Larry Brent - and he was very helpful in describing in detail an integrated wiring problem with the Forward Facing Camera Module that I was having. Both these men are to be commended as leaders and I think they should be advanced from their present position.

Chill, laid back, helpful. This place knows how to find and train their sales staff. We worked with Wyatt for a few days trying to find a pickup truck. They ended up not finding anything in our limited time frame, but they worked hard on our behalf and were always respectful and kind. This will be the first place I will shop again when I'm in the market for a new car.

I received a flyer in the mail from Larson Dodge, Jeep, and Ram with various coupons. The flyer was addressed to me and included the vehicle I own, along with my vehicle’s VIN number printed on each coupon, valid through late March 2026. One of the coupons was for $30 off an oil change, so I scheduled an appointment. When I presented their coupon to the Larson service advisor during the oil change, I was told it was not valid because Mopar’s system still shows my vehicle under the previous owner. I was informed that because it was Saturday, the system could not be updated, and I would have to pay the regular price. I was honestly shocked at how this situation was handled.
