Had a problem with my 2022 Ram media system. Dropped by to see if I could make an appointment to have it looked at. Scott in the service dept. said they were backed up and couldn’t get me in until following Monday. After explaining problem to him he wanted to go out and look at the truck and see if he could maybe get it working properly. He saw the problem with the CarPlay and then took my phone and cleaned the open apps and all worked great. Never made me feel like the old guy I am just took care of me. Thanks Scott .

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience we've ever had with a dealership by far. Sold us a car with multiple problems we were not told about such as non-working AC, we bought the car during winter months, that they then wanted to charge us a fortune to fix. Taking the vehicle in for services is a nightmare as well. They once had the vehicle for a week just to give it back and say they found nothing wrong with it. We were charged a large detection fee and were then stranded on the side of the highway when our allegedly perfect vehicle broke down completely. They are the definition of slimy used car dealers.

When I tried to make an appointment in August for an oil change, they were 3 weeks out so I went elsewhere as we had a trip scheduled. This time I called on Saturday and scheduled for the following Tuesday. Thanks

I can't speak highly enough for this dealership's Service Department!!! I had another Jeep service department attempt to repair our vehicle, they programed a gateway incorrectly and then spent 41 days trying to convince me I had to open an insurance claim and replace wiring harness that would have been unnecessary. It was time to take my vehicle to the professionals. I spoke with Rahim, the Service Manager, for assistance and he put his best service advisor on it. Before we were even done with check-in, Lee had already identified the source of the issue. After the tech's looked at it for a day, they reprogrammed the gateway, cleared the DTC codes, completed the active safety recall, and I drove the vehicle off the lot that night. There were some other maintenance items to deal with but the knowledge and efficiency of this dealership more than made up for the other blundering excuse for a wasted factory trained technician. Bellevue Jeep has finally staffed up their service dept so it doesn’t take several weeks to get in. The service manager I had was again new to me (turnover seems endemic at all service centers), and very pleasant to work with. They did my needed service and they rotated all the tires correctly on the first time. I do now recommend them! Hopefully next year will validate my review now.

A bit different than other dealerships I’ve bought from in that they kept switching salespeople on us throughout the process. Haven’t seen this before but whatever, buying a car is a pain but we had fun and everyone that we dealt with was very nice. I’m sure that they made money from us but I’m also sure that they need to and that my wife and I were happy with the deal that we negotiated.

Peyton was amazing. His communication and consistency were amazing. I bought the vehicle while living 1200 miles away and knew each step of the process because it was all communicated to me. At no point did I feel pressured nor did it ever feel "salesy"". Peyton spend a solid hour with me going over all of the technology to make sure that once I hit the road I knew what the truck could do( and there is a ton of technology!). He has checked in with me twice over the last 5 days since I bought the truck to make sure everything is going well. I WILL buy from this dealership again. All vehicle purchasing should be this easy. Josh in finance also made the experience exceptional. All paperwork was handled easily and professionally. Josh is friendly, easy going and up front. Scott, the general manager came out to meet me and to make sure everything was going well. It feels like he creates a good work environment there. We spend time talking and sharing about the process. I felt cared for and supported through the process. Do yourself a favor and ask for Peyton!

I brought my Dodge K2500 in specifically for them to diagnose and fix a vibration that happens when the car hits 35 or 40mph. A representative called to tell me the issue was likely a U-Joint or the tires needed to be rotated. I had them do both things, as well as some other maintenance suggestions they offered. They called me and said my truck was ready. After spending a great deal of money, the vibration is worse. It is clear that they are incapable of diagnosing the issue. Communication was horrible. If the tech found anything, nobody communicated it to me, or if they had I would have asked them to fix the problem. When I got home I looked on the invoice, and the tech stated "Identified multiple worn suspension parts that need to be replaced before further diagnosis can be made." A phone call letting me know this would have been great, but the only call I got was to come in and pay them $$ because my truck was ready. Trying to get the service manager to call me back has been impossible. Based upon what I have read on the BBB and here, I made a huge mistake going to Larson Chrysler Dodge Jeep for service. Leadership starts at the top. Clearly they have some issues there.

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!

Kevin was absolutely amazing in helping get things fixed and even offered a military discount. He was able to fix my contract for me working over the phone and through email. If you get the chance to work with Kevin or Sam do it!
