I needed to get my Wrangler into the shop quickly and Rairdon's was able to accomodate me within half the time of other dealers. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the work timely. The Jeep now runs great again. The people at Rairdon's of Monroe are simply wonderful. They are not at all pretentious. I was treated like an old friend or member of the family. I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with these folks.

I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worst experience we've ever had with a dealership by far. Sold us a car with multiple problems we were not told about such as non-working AC, we bought the car during winter months, that they then wanted to charge us a fortune to fix. Taking the vehicle in for services is a nightmare as well. They once had the vehicle for a week just to give it back and say they found nothing wrong with it. We were charged a large detection fee and were then stranded on the side of the highway when our allegedly perfect vehicle broke down completely. They are the definition of slimy used car dealers.

I followed my service advisor to this dealership. Car broke down and so I had my fuel pump replaced here. It was replaced but they sent my car back to me with bad brake fluid which is a big no-no, all dealers are supposed to do a courtesy flush. This is my 2nd dodge vehicle to have fuel issues and so they agreed to replace my fuel tank although it would take some time for it to arrive. I got confirmation that it arrived, but I needed a loaner car given this is my only vehicle. This dealership for some reason has major difficulties giving out loaners and my service advisor said they’d let me know when they have one. I NEVER received that phone call. Called my previous dealer to complain and see if they could help, they just contacted them and told them to keep their word. When I spoke to them again, they informed me they didn’t even know if they still had my replacement tank. Never got a call from them again. My car completely broke down and I gave up. Terrible experience, huge lack of customer service. I’ll never buy another dodge.

They were aware of what parts are needed to make the repair of this recall well before I made an appointment. ITS A RECALL. So why would they schedule my appointment and then make me wait for nearly 2 hours just to tell me that the needed to order parts? Stop wasting peoples time with your incompetence? Then the service advisor has the nerve to blame the call center. I am done with Larson. Full Stop

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!
