I brought my vehicle in when other places could not resolve the problem. Got it fixed once but the check engine light came on. Got it reassessed it was told it would cost 17 K and that some of the previous work which was under warranty had failed. Eliza offered to get the warranty work done again for free and I declined the more expensive repair as it would not have been worth it had to wait almost a month for parts to come in. I realize this is beyond your control, but it was very inconvenient. I command Eliza for being cheerful and keeping me updated.

I’ve been buying trucks from Mccords since 2000 and I get a new one about every 4 to 5 years for my business and have had nothing but top notch service whether it’s an oil change or something bigger Richard in service has always gone above and beyond in his friendliness or hunting for a part I need I send all my family members here 1 st when they are looking for a car or truck and Vonya tge service manager is head and shoulders above any person in her position I have ever worked with she takes the time to come out and say hello make sure you had a great experience and makes u feel like your part of the family I won’t go anywhere else I’m on my 5 truck 3 jeeps for my wife and all 4 of my kids have bought rigs from them you always here about bad interactions which if u run a large company you can’t please everyone but in my opinion these folks are the cream of the crop and wanted to let them know how much I appreciate all there hard work for the Hass family

They are terrible on follow up, do not buy from them. After they have your money, they are done with you! So cheap they wouldn't fill the fuel tank which made for a bad experience driving back to Central Oregon 400 plus miles. I filled up at a station for $128.00 and $30 worth of DEF. {You would think after spending almost $60k on a used pickup they would gladly fill er up} Salesman said call me if you need anything I did the next day never have gotten a reply. When we left all the sales associates were outside watching us as though they were thinking so long suckers! Hope Greg Olsen owner reads this!!

Cons: Appointment time doesn’t mean that they will begin work at or around that time. I’ve arrived for oil change appointments, only to be told they won’t be able to begin changing my oil for several hours. I’ve been told more than once upon arrival I should just reschedule my appointment. They are utterly incompetent and will xxxx up your vehicle. They almost never have loaner vehicles for overnight repairs, but guarantee them nonetheless. They overcharge diagnostic fees for simple issues that would require no diagnostic testing for any experienced mechanic. Pros: The coffee is free. Moral of the story: Don’t buy anything from Larson. I used to take my Audi to Larson for maintenance. It was a completely different experience. Larson knows that people with money won’t put up with incompetence and the run around. But they know they can screw with regular, working people, so they do. You have been warned.

Do not recommend using the service department! We had a coupon and decided to try having the oil changed there. We booked an appointment for 10 am. They were great and let us drop off our vehicle the night before. Well 3pm rolls around and no word yet in the car being done. We called and the guy didn’t know and says he will call back…. 45 mins later we call again and he still didn’t know. Lucky he did find out it was done. Go in to get the car and give the coupon we had mentioned and they refused to take it! They do have a sign posted below where you stand to check out but the coupon does not say it won’t be honored at some locations! Absolutely awful experience and now we are out more money than expected. Heck the coupon even says it’s for Yakima but they won’t take them!
