I went to purchase a new Grand Cherokee using my sisters - kjws65

I went to purchase a new Grand Cherokee using my sisters employee discount but the dealership was able to get me a better price. My salesperson, Taylor, was a pleasure to work with. If there was a question that I had that she didn't know the answer to, she did not try to invent an answer, she said that she would go and find out and she did. When I asked about the price I saw on another dealer's website she went to the GM and he matched it. She went through all of the financing options with me and explained my options. I had looked on KBB.com the trade in value of my old car and was pleased with what I was offered. I will go back to Rairdon in Monroe for another new car purchase.

They ended up not finding anything in our limited time frame, but they worked hard on our behalf and were always respectful and kind. Worst place to take your car for any repairs. You can only get updates from one person and they are always to busy to answer the phone. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for a manager to call me back. Also calling everyday day. Then when I finally get answers I was told 45 plus day minimum for the part to come in. So far I dropped my car off on 9-23-25 part was ordered 9-24-25. And was told they are back ordered 3000 on that one part. And they ordered 88, out of those 88 they said hopefully one will be for my car or will have to wait another 45 days. Today, 10-8-25 They double expedited it for me and got told I could get it one day earlier on 11-7-25. But no garentee. I could have ordered the same part from Mopar and got it in 2 days. This car is still covered under manufacture so no cost to me otherwise I would have ordered the part my self. If you need repairs do not come here for any reason. Go to tacoma dodge or literally any place. I will update after or if I ever get my car back. Update 10-16-25 is there is still no ETA for this to be resolved. Update 10-27-25 the repair on my vehicle is postponed from November 7 to November 29 or later. Looks like I will have to get a lawyer to git this fix.
