His responded quickly to our questions and provided detailed answers. Very professional and knowledgeable person. Gary made car searching and buying processes easy and enjoyable. He really takes a good care of customers and cares about their satisfaction. He worked late when needed to make sure that he answered all requests and helped customers fully. I shopped for a car two weeks straight. I drove the palisade at 3 different dealerships. I drove 4 other third seat suv’s. I came back to Titus Will to purchase and It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in to see how much they would give me for my trade. They matched another dealer’s price with no hassle. When I left to think about it, they didn’t pressure me or act pushy. Coralie was my sales lady, she knew I really didn’t prefer white and she got me the most beautiful color by trading to another dealership without me even asking. She has 20 years of experience and is so professional with so much knowledge. The finance guy was great. Came back to buy the car 3 days later and it was all detailed, stickers pulled off and full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership!

Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything. In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed. This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

(So far) my experience with Seaview Buick GMC has been a 10! I worked with two sales guys (Javier and Austin) who are both great guys! Their follow up with my was great...no too pushy...but also followed up every time they told me they would. Jay, the finance guy, is also great! Super friendly, super knowledgeable and all around a fun guy to chat with too! I bought a brand new truck from Seaview and there have been a few small issues which I am sure the dealership will happily fix.

This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. I have bought 5 brand new trucks and 2 used trucks.New car for my wife and soon my mother is looking to AND the ONLY place I will buy from is Hall Chevrolet-Buick.The dealerships in my town SUCK.,I would not buy a truck in the Tri-cities because they are CROOKS.I have and never will buy a thing from them.The service after the sale is what im talking about,Halls has taken car of all my trucks,and will be the only one to work on them.THANK YOU Chris Brown for all you have done for me.Yes now he looking for a truck now for my oldest son.Yes its worth the drive to Hall Chevrolet.So if you want to buy a new car or truck,Go to Hall Chevrolet and look Chris up.Look out I might want a new truck for Christmas!!!!!!

This dealership was amazing. The sales person I worked with (Kris) was very personable. He helped me with my buying process from start to finish. He went out of his way when my first loan application didn't go as planned to make sure I still got a vehicle. This place is one of the best.

Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!

My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
