Afterwards, Chris worked with his team to search for and secure the color I wanted. Despite their many efforts the low availability limited their ability to make that happen. I can whole heartedly recommend this dealer based on my experience and that of friends and neighbors who have bought their cars there. Ordered a new part for our 2016 Silverado from the parts dept. I expressed to the parts salesmen not to order the wrong part ( which we gave him), as this particular part number it was not the right one. T dept. I expressed to the parts salesmen not to order the wrong part ( which we gave him), as this particular part number it was not the right one. The parts man still ordered the wrong one that we told him was the wrong one and after almost $50 up front would not take it back after it arrived. As far as I know the part is still at their store and I we out the cash. This is not the first time Ruddell has not followed our written instructions that cost us money but it was the last. We love our GM products and have 3 of them. We now use other dealers for parts and service. Fred Millar More

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RUDDELL! !! Slimy Double Crossing Lying car salesmen. Jim Seel (salesman) and David Bier (so?) (sales manager) are lying slimy auto salesmen. I’ve been working !! Slimy Double Crossing Lying car salesmen. Jim Seel (salesman) and David Bier (so?) (sales manager) are lying slimy auto salesmen. I’ve been working with Jim on buying a 2022 Tahoe over the phone for days, telling him I found the car on AutoTrader with a specific VIN and the advertised price… They advertised the vehicle at one price on AutoTrader and then when we got down to the moment of doing the deal upped the price by ~ $10,000 and claimed it was a ‘typo’ and refused to sell the car at the advertised price . When I told David that I understand his team/software made a mistake but I still wanted the vehicle at the advertised price he started yelling at me and over me, telling me he’d been “in the car business for 40 years!”… And that “all of his cars are sold at $9,995 over list price!” And then hung up on me. I’m writing this review on every site I can find and contacting the Washington Stare Attorneys General office, Chevrolet and General Motors in hopes that you too won’t waste your time with Ruddell Auto.
