I put a security deposit on a vehicle that I wanted to look at but would be a day or two before I could get there. I live 5 and a half hours away so not right down the road. The vehicle was not what I wanted. This was on a Saturday that I looked at the vehicle I asked for my security deposit and was told only a manager could refund the deposit and would not be available until the following Tuesday. Called the following week and was told it would be processed in the next few days . It has now been 3 weeks and now I feel that this place is screening my calls. I would not recommend going to this place . Not a good way to do business.

After having a bad experience across the street with another dealer who had tacked on over $3,000 in fees for a 2014 Lexus, I ended up buying a 2016 Acura MDX in excellent condition for $2,000 less. I really appreciate their patience and flexibility as I looked at several cars. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend others in need of a used car to please give them a try.

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.

They listen to my concerns and they note items I need to be aware of while they perform preventive maintenance on my vehicles. They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance.
