My son had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to buy his first new car. The one he wanted wasn’t available for about a month, so he put down a deposit and waited. Unfortunately, while waiting, his current car started having issues, and he had to find something else quickly. He ended up needing to cancel his order and get his deposit back. Tiffany was incredibly understanding and kind throughout the whole process, even though it meant losing a sale. We really enjoyed working with her and getting to know her! In fact, we had such a great experience that we ended up chatting with her about a car for ourselves—and today, we made that purchase! We purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback and had all service done there until the year 36,000 expired. Service price for routine maintenance was reasonable and the loaner cars were nice. We started using a local mechanic until we experienced transmission problems at about 65,000. I called Browns Subaru and was informed that the transmission warranty had been extended to 100,000 miles. They fixed the transmission at no cost to us. The car now has over 150,000 with no major issues. We will probably go back when we do is to get another Subaru.

I love my new car! I went into Safford Brown Mazda Alexandria on Thursday expecting the stereotypical dealership BUT I was pleasantly surprised. After several months of research and several dealerships later, Mazda was a constant in my search. Key players in this lovely experience were Alex Stofko, Yahya Faiz, and one of the managers. As a girl buying her first car, it is daunting, but they improved the process. Even as a ball of nerves, I was given amazing advice and customer service. They went above and beyond. I walked away feeling a bit better as I ran back to work. I came back later in the week so they could go over all the features that my car has as insisted by Yayah. so when I came back, Alex took the time to go over it and even at 22 degrees outside didn't rush and asked if I understood. I felt heard and seen and could not recommend this dealership more for having a safe car and safe process for young women. To think I was going to do business with another Safford brown Mazda in Virginia. Please make the trip to check out this one! I feel amazing about my purchase and you should too! After having a bad experience across the street with another dealer who had tacked on over $3,000 in fees for a 2014 Lexus, I ended up buying a 2016 Acura MDX in excellent condition for $2,000 less. I really appreciate their patience and flexibility as I looked at several cars. The overall experience was very good and I would recommend others in need of a used car to please give them a try.

I went in for service on my Chevy Blazer, previously having had good experience with their service department. I was sorely disappointed with their overblown estimates for work I have since found was not required. The work they did do was extremely sloppy and transmission fluid after a flush has been found all over the underbelly of my car. Dripping on my garage floor for the last few weeks putting my dogs at risk is the worst thing I can say about them though. I would never recommend them!

No hassling, no smooth talking. Gave us the truth and nothing but. They weren’t just there to sell a car. They truly wanted to give us a good deal and make sure we left satisfied. We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.

Outstanding service department! Ms Pam Willis and her service techs always do a superb job on my vehicles. They listen to my concerns and they note items I need to be aware of while they perform preventive maintenance on my vehicles. They know that I rely on my vehicles - I've been a customer here for 22 years. I drive 90 miles one way to get to this location and pass by at least 4 other VW dealers as I drive the distance. Ms Pam Willis and her techs have earned my loyalty by earning my trust. I've purchased 3 VWs here over 22 years and I'll keep buying my VWs here.
