Lack of compassion, leadership and mechanic knowledge - Lack of Compassion; Frustrated

Purchase the 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS car and picked it up on 6/2/2016. The car drove well on the test drive(s) and the day I drove it home. The days following my purchase, I started experiencing brake problems on the car. My sales Charles McCord instructed me to return the car and let their mechanics look at the car. 3-4 days later I took the car back and the mechanic claimed he didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary. Everything was normal. I told him he was incorrect. I do have enough general knowledge about the mechanics of vehicle to know what is normal and abnormal. The mechanic claimed he "greased the brakes/lubricated them" and turned the rotors. That was incorrect because you can not lubricate brakes..............Give it time and the brake dust should go away. FALSE!!!! Less than a week later, the exact same problem. I take it back again; they SUPPOSED to have put new brake pads/shoes on the back of the car because the sound is louder. I did not have to pay for any labor or parts. But I did pay to have the tires rotated and balanced. Everything sounded and looked good after waiting for hours. Once again,here we are on the 3rd week, I am right back with the same problem again; scrubbing and knocking sound coming from the back of the car.. These mechanics at the dealership are CLUELESS on how to properly diagnosis the problem. I called them on the morning of 6/27/2016; telling David for the 3x time about the problem. His solution was he did not know what to tell me, I was basically on my own. He tells me why don't I take it to a mechanic in NC. What??!!! It has not even been 30 days yet!!! David was sarcastic and did not care about me as a customer and the trouble it has brought to me. He did not care. I told him I had contacted NCDMV and Virginia DMV and my bank about the matter and possibly would be returning the car. He did not care. He told me to do what ever I needed to do. No Compassion at all. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My salesman Charles (Chili) was wonderful but the other salesman and mechanics are horrible!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! DO NOT GET FOOLED INTO BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! The only reviews that are good about this dealership, are made up from the workers there! I know this because I bought my 2004 Audi A4 from them on 11/23/2013 and they wrote a review up here "Pretending" to be me. They are scammers and once they had my money, it was not their problem. My car broke down the night after buying it!!! And all that sweet talk before I bought the car, about them willing to fix any problems was bs. The manager himslef, Shawn, told me to my face that maybe next time I will buy a new car and not a piece of metal from him. He said very disrespectful things to me and shows that he is a womanizer and has to respect for women at all. He basically took advantage of me being a single female trying to buy a car. My cars frame was bent and will not pass inspection. He sold me a TOTALED CAR!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! I have reported them to the BBB, they will surely be shut down asap!

Terrible experience. Purchased a pre owned car from them. They indicated they replaced the rear shocks prior to my purchase. I started getting squeaking noise from rear. Another dealer determined the noise was coming from the rear shock mounts. These mounts are part of replacing the rear shocks in this car. I contacted the dealer at the highest levels. They decline to take care of their error. Do not purchase from them as there is no integrity at this dealer network and they do not stand behind the work they say they performed

Looked online for a few weeks for a 2nd gen Honda Pilot with low miles. Auto Trademark had the nicest one I could find. Talked with Farhan a few times before I went up to see it and try it out. I'm about 2 hours away. Tried it out on a Sunday, Didn't tell anyone I was coming up and had a little scare when I passed it on the way to the dealership, but the gentleman trying it out didn't take it. I put down a deposit with Zeshan, (really nice guy), and went back the following week to pick it up. All the guys in the office were great and got things rolling smoothly. Loved the vehicle. Low miles and in great shape. Got it home and parked it in my driveway and when I looked out my second story window the next morning saw a big spot on the roof with missing paint, (Hondas inferior paint jobs!) Neither the shop or myself noticed this during our inspection of it. Called Farhan immediately and sent him some pictures. As soon as he saw the pics he said that this is definately unacceptable and had me bring it back to them. He had the body shop strip it all down and paint the whole roof for me and apologized for not catching it sooner. Had it ready in a few days for me to pick up. If I need or want another car will definately go back to see these guys. They did not have to fix the roof, (bought as is), but they did the right thing. These guys have my vote. Sold me a lemon. they sent the car to their friend who passed the inspection without looking at the car! just signed and gave the papers. The dealership said the car was HIGHLY ILLEGAL AND UNSAFE. they stole 19k from me. They say you have a 30 day return policy but i went back after 8 days just to make them give me a fair car and fix ALL the destructive problems and they pushed it to the side. Im so mad i cant even write a review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE? I wish i saw these reviews before I bought from them. Being a female it is very hard to find a mechanic I could trust. I have been going to this shop since 2003 when I needed new brake pads for my BMW, I went to three different places that quoted $3,000-3,500. A friend told me to check with H at Northern Virginia Imports, who replaced all four brake pad for a fraction of the original quotes. I've never taken any of my cars to anyone else but Northern Virginia Imports since. I feel blessed to have found such great mechanic and honest mechanic. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and fairly.

Spent $18,000 on a 11 year old car (first time purchaser, inexperienced) and after 12 months I've put at least another $3,500 into it and still I have endless problems. Fix one thing an something else breaks. Free Bridge salesmen will tell you bring it in and they will fix it no charge. Just to give you an extensive bill once you actually deal with the service center. Owner called me about bad google review and proceeded to berate and insult me for not wanting them to work on my vehicle. All in all I've paid about $21,000 for a car that lasted around 13,000 miles before it became a constant source of stress.
