I had my car serviced before the 3 yr warranty expired. For the past year, I have had issues with the headlight of my car- constant flickering/warning lights- they told me they found no issues at all with my headlight. Last month my inspection failed because my headlight was not working. Now that I'm out of the manufacturer's warranty, I am 2K out of pocket for their misdiagnosis. We are a Ford family, but we will never return for servicing at Jerry's.

The process for identifying the work to be done and getting complete customer input is well structured and the staff are very polite. They keep you well informed about potential costs and the time to accomplish the work. The waiting room is spacious and well maintained, as well as quiet; there are snacks and coffee/tea. I was very satisfied with the work done and the helpfulness of the staff.

I try to always have my Infiniti serviced at Passport. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful and the work is done right each time. Whenever I need a free loaner car, they have provided one quickly. I haven't used the valet service (pick up the vehicle at my home and return it) but it's nice to have that option.

Koons Buick GMC is an excellent dealership. I have a new Buick Enclave. It was due for an oil change. And i didn’t have a lot of time. I arrived when the mechanics were on lunch time. I asked if they could get me out by 2:15. Diana said we will make it work. I walked out by 1:30. I was amazed. Dan Morningstar and Diana know how to treat loyal customers. I am treated like family. The professionalism and care did not stop once we had our vehicle. We ended up having an issue and the Service department stepped up, even providing a loaner until the issue was resolved. The Service Manager Sam is awesome. He was very responsive, always keeping us informed. They really do have a great team at Safford Brown Hyundai. I highly recommend them whether you’re purchasing a vehicle or simply need your vehicle serviced.
