We purchased our 2007 Pilot from Koons Honda Manassas in 2007, brand new, and have maintained it since then and it is now 2024! I would say about three years ago, we had the pleasure of having Alex Garcia handle our service appointments and he has provided excellent customer service to us! We can’t say enough about how well he communicates the problem, he’s patient, provides recommendations, and works with us on solutions. At Koons of Manassas, we encountered many service advisors who were not knowledgeable about cars and lacked communication skills. A few times the service and service advisors were so bad at Koons Manassas that we took the Pilot to the Koons Honda of Chantilly to see if we could find someone to trust there with our car. Fortunately for us, when we went back to Koons of Manassas for a routine oil change we found a true gem in Alex Garcia, who has been our trusted advisor since then when it comes to our Honda Pilot.
