Purchased a 2025 Acura MDX from this dealership. We traveled over an hour to do so. It was by far the most pleasantly surprising vehicle purchasing process I've ever experienced. It was a super smooth and easy process. I conducted the majority of the sales process through texts and phone calls. I corresponded with multiple people over 2-3 months, and not once did we experience any unwillingness to serve or feel like we were getting swindled. Shout out to the sales team, our salesman Jarratt Day, and the F&I manager Wes Hardaway for going the extra mile to accommodate all our requests. Whether you're in NOVA or in Hampton Roads, I would highly recommend taking a trip over to Crown Acura in the Richmond area.

We did all the purchase negotiations and aggrement via text, phone, email. Upon my arrival from 950 miles away, my car was waiting and all paperwork was completed professionally and efficiently, I was on my way back to Florida shortly. Their website uses Edmunds True Market Value for Trade in estimate but they don't honor it and just use the auction value for trade in value which is deceptive and wastes time.
