Reticently, I went into the service Department to have my brakes as well as an overall inspection checked before a long trip. Left my care in trusting hands, as I got a ride ( from Honda ) to the local sport ,fitness center. Yes trusting hands, because I got a call an hour later saying, everything was all set. Thinking I would end up have a large replacement bill ( for the brakes plus whatever they need to do). When I arrived at the Service Center , they told me the brakes were in good shape, tires, and the only thing needed was the State inspection. In this day and era, it is so refreshing to know that you can leave your car and trust the service department to give you an honest evaluation and only charge you for what is needed, nothing more. Was there for an inspection on Thursday, October 30th, on my 2023 Hyundai Kona. Wait time was reasonable. Parking was terrible at best. Amy was very friendly and helpful. My only beef was the condition my car was in when the inspection was done. The tech left my car dirty. When they took off the old sticker, the glass was left with old residue/glue, and the new sticker sitting in the middle of it. There were particles left on the dash. I had to scrape it off when I arrived home.
