I had a great experience with many of the staff at National Auto Plaza. I'm from Florida and have purchased many cars, and as a female, I expect to be taken advantage of but that was certainly not the case. A few issues needed to be worked out, and JJ, Eric, Ryan, Dave, Alex, Kemo, Sean and Brandon all treated me respectfully. Among other things, without any hesitation, they stood by their word and agreed to pay for a damaged radio on an "as is" vehicle which may or may not have been their responsibility. I will be returning to my home state with a rather expensive "souvenir," but more than that, I will have a very positive impression of the people of Utah because of the way these fine men took care of me throughout this transaction. Well played, gentlemen, well played.

He listened to what I wanted, answered ALL my questions, explained everything about the truck, was flexible on how I wanted the deal and gave me a good price for my trade. Very few car sales people have the knowledge that John obviously has from his years of experience. He understood it was a big investment for me and wanted to be sure I was getting the truck that met my needs - it never felt like he was just trying to close the deal. So if you go to LHM in Provo - be sure to ask for John.

car buying can be a stressful experience. we DID NOT have that at tim dahle in murray ut. . ramon the salesman and tyler the finance manager explained financing , warranties etc.,. different frontier models to my wife and i. we are in our 70's, and pretty challenged when it comes to technology. . they answered questions that we had. , and they offered info. to help us out. i wouldnt hesitate to deal with these . two people again, we were treated with dignity and respect when we asked questions , i will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact them. thanks for a wonderful experience. i will definetly buy from them again. p.s. we drove three hrs. from wyoming. to buy a vehicle. a huge shoutout to RAMON and TYLER

I ran over a piece of tire and pulled down my skid plate on it. I had been to another dealer, who did nothing for me. I then stopped at a tire dealer, who secured it partly but it was still noisy. I needed to go out of town and stopped at Heritage Ford on my way. They got me right in and properly secured the skid plate for me. They were pleasant and professional

All our correspondence was by text and email and upon arrival at the dealership they took my car out for a test drive and inspection. They came back with an additional $1000 for my trade over what they quoted. I would definitely take my business there again.
