I first interacted with Colby during my research phase while I was deciding on a vehicle. He was very helpful, and not pushy at all; he took the time to answer my questions, and let me look and test drive as needed. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I went back to him and both he and Tanner seamlessly helped me through the process of leasing my Palisade. They were very fair and open and communicated clearly when it came to negotiating the price on the Palisade and my trade in. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed after the sale was complete, and Jase and Kyle did not hesitate to jump in and get things resolved expeditiously! In addition to the sale, they did an outstanding job on the customizations that I ordered through them. The service department was also great to work with in getting the wireless charging pad ordered that was DOA from the factory, and got me squeezed in the next day once they got the part. I definitely recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

While the salesman and finance manager were both courteous and professional during my visit, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding the vehicle I came to test drive. The listing on the dealership’s website showed the car with only 16 miles, but when I arrived, I learned it was actually a service loaner with over 3,000 miles on it. This critical detail was never disclosed beforehand. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the car had over $3,000 worth of accessories added—none of which were included in the online advertised price. These unexpected costs and omissions felt like classic bait-and-switch tactics, which really turned me off from doing business here. Transparency and honesty are key when making a major purchase, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.

Nate Wade Subaru is an amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers and doing great work for a fair price. Our son is in college in SLC and for three years had a Subaru Outback which Nate Wade serviced. When he first moved out, he tried other private Subaru service centers, but none of them provided the fair pricing or service Nate Wade provided. This past summer, I had to buy our son a VW Tiguan and drive it out to SLC. We tried the local VW dealer twice with very poor results and ridiculously high estimates. Even though our son now has a VW, Nate Wade services it and the service quality is much higher and the cost is much lower than the local VW dealer. Nate Wade goes above and beyond and is fair across the board. We highly recommend.

It is refreshing to buy a vehicle from Crump Reese GMC in UT, a business that is transparent, professional, honest and makes things easy for the buyer. After dealing with local dealerships in central Texas, looking to upcharge, change terms and hard-sell, we decided to call Crump Reese which happened to have in inventory the SUV we were looking for. As first-time, out of state buyer, this was the smoothest car buying experience we've had. We received videos and pictures of the car we wanted, processed documents electronically, and received our new car at our home in Texas, having been transported on flat-bed transport truck, just hours after we signed paperwork. Vehicle arrived in beautiful shape and exactly as promised. Our sales person Travis Vandenberg and sales manager Spencer Hanks are great to work with, made everything easy and painless. We highly recommend this great team and this dealership. Just excellent. 5 - stars.

Last year, I purchased a vehicle from Low Book Sales in Salt Lake City under the belief that it was a clean title, structurally sound car. I was told it had no frame issues and was sold it at full market value. It also came with a dealer warranty — so it was not an “as-is” sale. After the sale, I discovered the car had serious frame damage, including a tac-welded frame that would have failed a Utah state inspection. No disclosure of salvage or structural damage was ever made at the time of purchase. In reviewing the paperwork, I found multiple red flags, including: • Backdated documents created well after the sale. • A forged “Notice of Salvage” form (TC-814) with my signature and a date that precedes the actual document creation date (confirmed by PDF metadata). • Coercive sales tactics, including being pressured to sign documents with missing or misrepresented disclosures. • At least one signature on an official document was not mine and appears to be forged. When I confronted the dealership and presented proof, I was told they “didn’t do anything illegal” because they hadn’t “meant to send” me the fraudulent salvage disclosure — which they clearly created after the sale in an attempt to cover their tracks. To make matters worse, after refusing to help, their Chief Operating Officer viewed my LinkedIn profile, yet offered no communication or resolution. ⸻ Actions Taken: • Complaints have been submitted to: • Utah Division of Consumer Protection • Utah DMV Enforcement • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) • Better Business Bureau • A small claims lawsuit is being filed. • All documentation, inspection records, and forged paperwork have been archived. ⸻ Why This Matters: If this happened to me, it may have happened to others. I encourage anyone who purchased a car from Low Book Sales to review your paperwork carefully and speak up if something doesn’t look right. ⸻ Low Book Sales sold me a misrepresented vehicle, altered legal documents, and refused to take responsibility. This is not how a dealership should do business.

When my "first" vehicle arrived (from being shipped) and I realized it was too large, Emilee made several suggestions of alternate vehicles that I hadn't even considered, one of which I ended up purchasing! She had personal experience with Cadillac, so her insights were very helpful. Bentley went above and beyond in terms of his willingness to help us find the "right" vehicle. Although I did not anticipate or expect it, he was accessible at odd hours and always responded quickly and politely. He also did a good job walking us through all the paperwork. Chris was also nice to deal with when he delivered the vehicle to us.

Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

Larry H Miller review I purchased my current vehicle at Larry H Miller Chevrolet in Murray. My experience with this purchase was amazing, setting the standard for all car purchases. Because of my experience, I referred seven people to Larry H Miller Chevy-Murray to purchase vehicles. All seven friends successfully made purchases ranging from Equinox’s to Tahoes. So, when Larry H Miller reached out to me this past Monday, asking if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and they would pay above the standard trade-in value, I was intrigued. So I went in to talk. Well, the experience seemed promising at first. I test-drove a new Equinox and liked it. The trade offer was exactly the blue book trade-in value, not the way above as promised; this should have been my first clue to this experience. We talked about payment options, and the process began. The sales manager suggested that while they worked out the details, instead of sitting there waiting, as he said they were backlogged, I could go back to work and they would reach out to me that afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. That was fine by me. When I didn’t hear from them by midday Tuesday, I sent the salesperson and the sales manager a text message and called, leaving a voicemail. I have not heard back from any of these attempts. On Wednesday, I called again, but there was no response. Then today, Saturday, I decided to make one final attempt at contacting Larry H Miller Chevy. No response. If they weren’t interested in making a deal, say so. I’m okay with that. However, this non-communication is unprofessional and shows no respect for the customer. After this experience, I will never refer anyone to Larry H Miller Chevy Murray again or any Larry H Miller dealership. Their current treatment of the customer is horrible, and obviously, they do not care about the customer in any way. I am just one person, and this experience has been the worst. I say shop elsewhere.

I bought a 2021 Subaru Forester about 14 months ago now. In the time that I have owned it I have needed to replace both front axles, both front lower control arms, All FOUR wheel bearings, a bent transmission mount that was missed in the initial rebuild, and was going to replace the AC compressor, until it was discovered that whoever rebuilt this filled it with the wrong refrigerant, now it's a much more extensive repair that will be needed. For a dealer that specializes in rebuilt title vehicles, the missed the mark on this one by a long shot.
