I purchased my current vehicle at Larry H Miller Chevrolet in Murray. My experience with this purchase was amazing, setting the standard for all car purchases. Because of my experience, I referred seven people to Larry H Miller Chevy-Murray to purchase vehicles. All seven friends successfully made purchases ranging from Equinox’s to Tahoes. So, when Larry H Miller reached out to me this past Monday, asking if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and they would pay above the standard trade-in value, I was intrigued. So I went in to talk. Well, the experience seemed promising at first. I test-drove a new Equinox and liked it. The trade offer was exactly the blue book trade-in value, not the way above as promised; this should have been my first clue to this experience.
We talked about payment options, and the process began. The sales manager suggested that while they worked out the details, instead of sitting there waiting, as he said they were backlogged, I could go back to work and they would reach out to me that afternoon or Tuesday morning at the latest. That was fine by me. When I didn’t hear from them by midday Tuesday, I sent the salesperson and the sales manager a text message and called, leaving a voicemail. I have not heard back from any of these attempts. On Wednesday, I called again, but there was no response. Then today, Saturday, I decided to make one final attempt at contacting Larry H Miller Chevy. No response. If they weren’t interested in making a deal, say so. I’m okay with that. However, this non-communication is unprofessional and shows no respect for the customer. After this experience, I will never refer anyone to Larry H Miller Chevy Murray again or any Larry H Miller dealership. Their current treatment of the customer is horrible, and obviously, they do not care about the customer in any way. I am just one person, and this experience has been the worst. I say shop elsewhere.
