No codes but a $5000 bill for gaskets and multiple items and 150 miles later another $1000 for a sensor replacement that only sees if there is a leak in the rear pan. This is the end of using Strong for service! Kept on hold and slow responses to texts. I just think I'm being played. ... sheesh just because it is a Touareg.

I don’t often take the time to write reviews, and probably even less often when everything goes right — but my experience with CARLOS ANDRADE and the service team at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown absolutely deserves one. Carlos was exceptional. I honestly can’t remember the last time I experienced this level of communication and follow-through from a business. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, informative, and consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. My Forester had an electrical issue that took some time to isolate, and I was extremely impressed with how thoroughly the team approached it. They worked through the problem, communicated with Subaru at the national level when necessary, explained what they were finding along the way, and made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being diagnosed. I really appreciated receiving detailed information instead of vague answers. They ultimately identified and fixed the problem, but what impressed me just as much was how smoothly and professionally the entire experience was handled. The whole team was wonderful, but Carlos deserves special recognition. His follow-through was incredible, and I felt genuinely well taken care of from beginning to end. I will absolutely return to Mark Miller Subaru Midtown for future service. Carlos showed up as an exceptional advocate for my safety and peace. THANK YOU. Five stars without hesitation.

After dealing with local dealerships in central Texas, looking to upcharge, change terms and hard-sell, we decided to call Crump Reese which happened to have in inventory the SUV we were looking for. As first-time, out of state buyer, this was the smoothest car buying experience we've had. We received videos and pictures of the car we wanted, processed documents electronically, and received our new car at our home in Texas, having been transported on flat-bed transport truck, just hours after we signed paperwork. Vehicle arrived in beautiful shape and exactly as promised. Our sales person Travis Vandenberg and sales manager Spencer Hanks are great to work with, made everything easy and painless. Finance Manager Quentin Hawkins told me that Toyota Financial was requiring me to purchase a 7 year 100K mile warrantee, service contract, tire and wheel, packages costing over $6,000 in order for to approve my loan. I found out the next day that the bank did not require me to purchase these items, and this tactic is known as tied selling which is illegal. The dealership did eventually refund my money, but it took over a month for the funds to be credited back to my loan.

Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

We just bought a beautiful, brand new car from LHM. Clayton Perkins was our sales person. The whole experience was five star. The showroom was beautiful and clean, with comfortable places to rest and complimentary snacks and drinks. Clayton and Cody took time -- a lot of time -- to make us comfortable and help us find the perfect car (and then a lot of time helping us figure out how to work the gadgets on it). Financing from application to signing was a breeze. Honestly, we were expecting less and couldn't have been more impressed.

car buying can be a stressful experience. we DID NOT have that at tim dahle in murray ut. . ramon the salesman and tyler the finance manager explained financing , warranties etc.,. different frontier models to my wife and i. we are in our 70's, and pretty challenged when it comes to technology. . they answered questions that we had. , and they offered info. to help us out. i wouldnt hesitate to deal with these . two people again, we were treated with dignity and respect when we asked questions , i will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to contact them. thanks for a wonderful experience. i will definetly buy from them again. p.s. we drove three hrs. from wyoming. to buy a vehicle. a huge shoutout to RAMON and TYLER

Took my son's jeep.in fir a prescheduled appointment on 6/30, had to go get $100 cash fir a loaner because they wouldn't let us wait. The loaner was filthy and too small for my son. They were authorized to diagnose turn signals and headlights and wipers. They sent us a video showing diagnosed water pump, thermostat and fog lights. Spent $4.62 fir parts a supposed faulty wire and charged $501.58. Today the wipers don't work, no turn signals or headlights. They fixed nothing. BBB and disputing the charges is next. The service tech was beligerant and rude. Texted my son saying he wants to get it back in and maybe there is more damage they didn't diagnose or find. Run from them, take them to small claims and tell everyone they are crooks.
