Service done right! I live in Las Vegas, and all 3 Ford dealers here are terrible. They won't work on any Ford over 10 years old, and they're customer service is terrible. I needed a Service Bulletin repair to fix an extreme temperature-related problem (like we get every summer in Las Vegas). I was told they had to keep my car for 3 weeks to reprogram 3 electronic control modules to fix the issue, and they only had 1 tech that could work on a hybrid. I personally spoke to Jason Summerhays, the Assistant Service Manager. He listened fully to my issue, and told me to bring the car in the next day, and they would try to get it out by the end of the day. I left Vegas at 4:30 to tow my car 120 miles to be at St George by 7:00 when they opened. I provided them with the Service Bulletin, and everyone was very pleasant, professional, and communicated completely. Jason called me at 11:30 and told me the car was done. Their diagnostic fee was less than half that of the Las Vegas dealerships, and the total bill was significantly less too. I am 100% satisfied with their Service Department. A great experience, worth every mile of the trip, and I got my car repaired and returned in 4 hours vs. 3 weeks the Vegas dealerships wanted. They get my full endorsement and recommendation.

I was 1000 miles from home when my new Ranger Raptor had 4x4 issues off-roading in Arches National Park. It was stuck in 4 low and flashing all kinds of warning lights. I was able to drive it in to Performance Ford of Moab and they started looking in to the problem immediately in spite of being short staffed that day. They worked on the problem the rest of that day and into the next. They discovered that Ford had not installed the hold down bracket or bolts securing the range sensor to the transfer case. There was no specific information available from Ford regarding the missing pieces so the techs had to come up with a solution on their own without the proper hardware being available. Their “temporary” fix has worked flawlessly for the 4000 miles we put on the truck to continue our journey and to return home to Alberta. A very sincere thanks to the Tech, Logan Randall and the 2 fellows assisting him and the Service advisor Levi Chadd. You guys have done your dealership, your profession, and your community proud.

I have now purchased three vehicles from Dustin and Mike at Ed Kenley. Buying a car is always the easy part, so I typically judge a place on what happens afterwards. Originally bought an F-150 FX4 (used) and the truck was a beast. They got me hooked up with a good warranty that came in handy. The service department always took care of me when I had issues, went out of their way to make magic happen more than once due to my tight schedule. I've even used their quick lane a few times for maintenance and parts, they have often been cheaper than other car maintenance places and the parts are priced right in line with the main chain auto parts stores. Bought my spouse a used Subaru from here, that car has been flawless so far. Recently traded up to an F-250 King Ranch. They run a great business here and will continue to give them my business.

I would leave a NEGATIVE star if that was possible. My daughter bought a car from them in February 2025. She is a young mother of 4 with 3 jobs and a husband working 2 jobs. She drove all the way to this HORRIBLE dealership from Carson City NV to purchase what she thought was a reliable car. Here it is June 2025 just over 4 months since she bought it and it needs a new engine! She took it to the Audi dealer here in Reno, NV and was told it would cost her 32K double plus what she purchased it for. I know it is buyer beware, however as a so-called reputable dealership they should have helped in some way. This dealership is worse than the buy here pay here guys, this is supposed to be a dealership that is trustworthy and has a good reputation. It is not trustworthy or honest! They are thieves, xxxxxxxx and liars to put it plainly!! I know dealers are pretty much liars no matter where they are, however, this is the worst case I have seen. This dealer wouldn't even talk to her 4 months after the sale. It was here you go and hope it works, even though they KNEW it was garbage and going to leave her and her children stranded, and it did just that!!! The said they did a 118-point inspection, the heck they did, or they would have found the rings to be shot!! Now she has a loan on a piece of xxxx (xxx), has to either get a new engine put in or run it until it no longer does then try to trade it in and finance the upside-down portion and not get another xxx. This is going to be an uphill battle since she was counting on this vehicle to last at least 3 years (building her credit) then trade it in. Now they will have to use their next year's tax return to replace a vehicle that may not even make it till then. This dealership should be ashamed and want to help. Instead, it is too bad, so sad go pound sand. They told my daughter that if they knew they would have sold it at auction, they knew they just wanted the $$$$ like everyone these days only out for themselves!! My daughter filed a complaint with BBB, AG and District attorney, not that it will do any good. Bad reviews and word of mouth is the only thing going to phase them. If that even does, since they are such a dishonest, lying company nothing will bother them. I hope one of them has this happen to someone in their family. A dishonest, lying company takes them to the cleaners! SHAME ON YOU AND THE DEALERSHIP!!!

The service department looks foe ways to force upsales on customers. I watched them ask manager as to what to do about a customers k&n filter, to clean it. Manager said no, I was shocked! Then said just replace it. That's stealing from the customers car. Those are not cheap, now he will have to purchase again, and pay for a new FORD filter. That's the way to steal from their customers.

About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
