My wife and I called about a new Wagoneer today and was told it would be sold at MSRP. We asked what it would take to hold it for us to drive from Andrews to Monahans to which we were told $1k. We gave the deposit, drove over there, and then their GM Johnathan Jimenez said if I wanted it we had to pay over $4k above MSRP because they had that offered. Sadly enough, I gave the deposit to buy it and get there but he claimed it was to hold it only not to hold the price. What he doesn’t know is that he told the salesman it was at list price and I heard him say it. His explanation was “it’s business.” They took the deposit via phone and when I asked to return it they said the card had to be present. Finally after some persistence, the money was returned. He’s a real piece of work and I wouldn’t recommend him or the dealer for anything.

Nice to you before buying the car, then they act all dry after you’ve purchased the vehicle which made me uncomfortable. The car I purchased was working perfectly fine when test driving it but after the next day the AC stopped working. Not sure if my luck or they just tried to cover the issue instead of fixing it. It’s not a bad place but it’s not the greatest either.

Imagine my surprise when I thought I bought a 2016 POLESTAR car. I brought The car in for an oil change and to find out why the car is smoking from exhaust excessively? Well, I found our that the engine in the car DOES NOT belong to this 2016 but has been swapped with a 2012 engine, a standard engine with who knows how many miles is on it and not even a high output engine like what belongs in a Polestar! Imagine my disappointment when found out I bought A TOTAL FRAUD CAR! The opposite of what was supposed to be my dream car! BE AWARE!

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!!! I would never have imagined that a USED Car dealership would operate with such honesty and integrity!! I knew nothing about this business, but the car was posted on the CARFAX website, so I took a chance. When I called, I spoke with the owner, who told me about the vehicle and encouraged me to come in for a test drive. I met with him the following day for that test drive, and the vehicle was everything that was represented online. This company is so transparent, that they pay carfax so the customer can check all of the vehicle information prior to calling. The owner, Nasser Chehab, was thoughtful and accommodating. The AC was not as cold as I thought it should be, so he sent the car to the mechanic the next morning and had it repaired. I was not charged anything additional. I offered to pay for half, but he refused to accept it. This was the best car purchase that I have made in many years. I am so thoroughly satisfied with the car, the dealership, and this complete buying experience. If you don’t find the vehicle there that you would like, Mr. Chehab will try to find it for you. If I need another vehicle, I won’t hesitate to call My Favorite Dealer, because in reality, he has become my favorite dealer!!! There was an answering service that answered all of my calls on Sunday, and contacted the owner on my behalf. I received a call back in a short period of time. Excellent customer service!! I have been telling everyone I know about this dealership. If you need a vehicle, you owe it to yourself to give them a call. I highly recommend this company.

Worst car buying experience of our whole life! We went into this dealership as most people do in our situation with low credit, and needing help. They came off as helpful, having a servants heart and wanting to get us set for success. Let me warn you they did nothing short of ruin our lives for the last 2 months! The 1st car we received was supposed to be not in a wreck or clean from any damage. My husband drove this car a week and the tire blew out. We take it to the shop and was told that not only had the car been in a severe wreck, it had a bent wheel, and a tire put on that had fire damage. We paid for the tire, and urged NTA to fix the car. Although knowing we signed an AS IS agreement, as hardworking people we would never want to put someone in a car that was damaged this bad. We HOPED they would do right by us. 5 days after this my husband left for work and the car wouldn’t even turn over. We had the car towed to Hyundai and NTA proceeded to take this car to 3 different shops to fix MULTIPLE problems on the car. The car was in the shop 5 WEEKS!!! No communication. No NOTHING! Then they sold it to am auction as we were told it was not worth fixing or safe!! We SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY! However we decided to try our luck on a 2nd car on the lot. As again we were vulnerable! Michelle the sales manager said she wanted to do right by us…lol. The 2nd car was a bigger disaster than the 1st car. We had the car 2 weeks when United Auto Credit called us asking for verification of our check stubs through giving them our banking information!!! I told them NO ONE but me, God, and my husband sees my bank account info. They told us to take the car back that they would void the deal if we didn’t comply with giving them our routing and checking info!!! I have bought multiple cars and NEVER!!! HAVE I BEEN ASKED THIS!!! SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY AROUND!! If they simply would have called our employers verified our info we would have solved this NIGHTMARE! We lost 2,500 on this crooked scam of a dealership!!! They wouldn’t give our deposit back either!! RUNNNNNNNN AWAY AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I bought a 2019 GMC Denali from North Texas Truck Stop earlier February 2024, and the experience and customer service was outstanding. Ryan McKassen was my car salesman and Ryan and North Texas Truck Stop treated me and my wife like family. There was zero pressure to buy, or following you around. I test drove the vehicle at my leisure and once I made up my mind to buy the truck, the process took no more then 30-45 mins to complete the transaction. I had never seen a vehicle detailed so clean. I know that salesmen make their most money off of used cars down payments, so I know how the game is played. And they play it well, they want a $4500dwn on a 10yr old car so he can fatten his pockets. Was never asked about my Trade.

Horrible upper level administration. i.e. Fernando and collector Rosalina. Had rims and tires stolen off my property during repossession. Attempted contact for reconciliation and was hung up on by Rosalina in collections. Property taken from me did not belong to the person on the loan. Paaco refuses to cooperate in returning my rightful property I have receipts for. Complete finger pointing process. All everybody at paaco says is read the contract. That's their answer for everything. I have ha absolutely 0 success with dealing with this company. I would not recommend them for anything. Car had immediate brake issues and rattled all over. Horrible customer service. Paaco took over a month to get the tags established but immediately repossessed after 10 day delinquency in one payment. The single worst place to deal with ever!!! Buy a car or truck elsewhere. This is nothing more than paaco stealing my property to make their sales better by using an upgrade on rims and tires during a repo that they stole off my xxxx property!! Legal action will be taken. Charges filed or lawsuit filed

I knew this would not be the normal high-pressure, car-buying experience the first time I contacted them. Instead of selling me on everything about the truck I was inquiring on, Leo made sure I knew the imperfections. He took personal responsibility to inform me since I was out-of-state. The imperfections were few and small, but he wanted to make sure I knew about them. Although I did not buy that truck, I knew I would be buying from them. A couple days later, they got a truck in that was exactly what I was looking for. A high quality, low mileage used truck at a fair price. No gimmicks, no endless list of fees, just an honest deal. After searching many dealerships other dealers would just tell me come on down and see the vehicle. When I got there they didn't even have me approved or didn't know what car I wanted to look at. I called Ridemyauto and they told me i was pre approved and if i liked the car just to bring in the stips. For sure I got there and Jared already knew what car I wanted to get drove it signed loan documents and was done.
