I hate when my payment cost $700 per month even my money gone for it. They take charge $20 to $25 as fee when I pay in the every 1st of month. I’m so tired of these service and how they provide me look so bad.

Worst place I have ever purchased a vehicle. Don't waste your time or money here. Very rude staff very ghetto and unprofessional. They need to replace all staff. All they want is to rip you off and take your money and attorney to take your car when you make your payments they asked me to trade mine in for a crappy car! And I declined now they threaten to repossess my car all the time and I make my payments they just want to resale my car because corporate wants it back to resale it to someone else for money in their pockets.

I baught a car to the Estrada Motors on 11/1/2018 is a Mercedes Benz the vehicle failed the next day 11/2/2018. I go back to the seller and he said it was the transmission and they’ll goin to fix it. Supously they’re going to put another transmission, not repair the same. More than a week later they gave me back the car. In November 27 I have to go back to the dealer with the same problem. I said I don’t want the car, I want another unit or my money back! But they say that they gonna fix the transmission again. I don’t want the car because it will be a big problem for me. They say that now they don’t going to give me back my money or another vehicle! Don’t trust this people.

We bought a car 2011 with low mileage and five lights on with discounted price to fix by ourselves with our affordable mechanic, under the clean title through carfax, AS IS. As is we did initials and signs was written by the owner including lights and non functioning A.C. During the repairs we gencounter with lots of shocks regarding deployed airbag and manually bring it in plus non functions computer due to change with another computer belong to a 2009 car!! Unfortunately we got the car as is and no choic until this point, at the last mechanic shop they tried to fix the noises they saw this car had a big framed damaged and was TOTALLED but we bought this totaled car as a clean carfax and without even Accudent! We were told to pull up the history with online website that all dealers have access to it and unfortunately we saw it there too. No any doubt anymore. The last mechanic called the business and he said they bought it as is, that is it! He said he can sell the car as FAVOR for us, but we denied to sell this unsafe car to someone else and threat their life as we threat our daughters life. During searching in this company’s reviews we saw the same business with other customer years ago that I wished I saw it before buying the car., the other customer knew it after the accident and insurance told them this car does not have any value to reimburse them. Is there legal to cover the FRAMED DAMAGED CAR under the wird AS Is? Thank you for supporting the customers to know their right.

I bought a 2005 c5 corvette at this lot... they were and worked fast. Until i called back the day after i drove my car home to san antonio. The rear differential was cracked and leaking oil all over the place, this could have just been a coincidence because the 05 c6 hats a very weak differential. They agreed to pay for half the repairs after i agreed to do the work myself,( mind you im a 100 percent disabled veteran, with no use of my left arm,) and get a used differential., it took almost two weeks to get the check from them, then i find out that they decided not to pay for even the half they agreed to pay for...even after i agreed to use used parts and do the work myself to save them money. after looking more closely to the car, i was able to see that all of the exterior body panels are out of alignment from where they repainted what im sure was a wrecked maybe even totaled car even though carfax came back clean..when i was doing the repairs to the differential, i noticed gravel and debris shoved up into places it should not be... like stuck in the right calipers and trapped in joints indetween body panels on the right side of the car...the car probably slid sideways on the right and hit something the interior panels a few were improperly installed...one i found just thrown into the back of the car. when i test drove it , it drove and sounded great...the engine did not make any funny sounds at all.. its been 2 months give or take ..since i brought it home.. i have only put about 300 miles on it because its a complete lemon and i have done done nothing but buy parts for it.. transmission sensors and few other. on one occasion the car would not shuut down because it wouldnt go into reverse. i had to buy two switches for it...while i was under there replacing them, i found a wire out of place that is attached to the fuel tank evap solenoid...the oriiginal is cut and another wire was very crappily run in its place up to the front to the ecm. dont know why once that was fixed i found another blue wire behind the stereo that did not belong..so after tracing that one i found they the wire was run in place of the original wire that goes to the gas pedal drive by wire sensor to the ecm, so i had to remoce that and reattach and solder properly the original wire. to get the car running right..the way ot should be.. yesterday i started to notice a knocking sound coming from the engine..some noise is normal this engine from valvetrain noise etc etc..but this was a knock and was getting louder.. so i thought well it just needs an oil change...so i drain the oil and what comes out is definitely not 5w-30...and i was filled with gold looking glitter metal particulate.. i replace the oil and filter with mobil 1 5w-30... and the knock was gone until the engine fully warmed up...then it was even louder than before.. and now the oil pressure at idle had gone from 38 psi which is in its normal range to just 21psi which is way below normal...the metal flake coupled with the low oil pressure confirmed that the main and connecting rod bearings are destroyed. to check oil pressure a t higher rpm i ran it up to 5800 rpm, the oil pressure never rose above 41psi and it should have ben at least 65-75 psi. So they put probably 50 weight oil in it to mask the oil pressure problem.. and now with the proper thinner oil in it, it has started to smoke and burn oil...coming from the exhaust the service active handling warning came in when i was test but the road was bumpy so attributed it to that, but now the warning just comes on for no reason and depending on what it wants to do ... i applies the front left or right brake which pulls me into either oncoming traffic or into the curb or ditch..(this is probably not the dealers faullt..the c6 is known for this deadly glitch sad because the car is beautiful. but there is no way that they did not know about these problems... as a dealer who makes their money on car sales there is no way they did not know about this stuff. i though i was getting somewhere after fixing so many things to date ive had to replace the differential. put all new seals in it to prevent leaking spent two days degreasing and washing the underside of the car to clean all of the built up oil residue and filth, they washed the \undersode of the car where your could easily see from the sides and rear..so i did not the extent of the oil leaking problems completely clean and degrease the entire rear suspension cradle put all new seals in the transmission and separate it to reseal the center and front sections spent at least 150 hours of trouble shooting and tracing wires that were hacked instead of properly fixing the problem remove the seats to replace and trouble shoot bad seat heating modules and elements(these go out on a regular basis though ) buy a new proper rear caliper bolt...some crappy improperly sized bolt was used on the rear right brake caliper.. now the engine is no good..so i will have to remove it and a short block will cost me 3500 to 4000 dollars... the heads will need to be rebuilt as well..so im looking at close to 6000.00 for a vehicle i have put less than 500 miles on...and i have not even had a chance to abuse it.. so if your looking for a honesty ..do not go to Lot 6 Auto Group... im a 100 percent disabled veteran..this has been my dream car for a long time..now im stuck with a lemon and money pit that i cant even drive and still have to make payments on. im not a rich person, but i have earned the little money i get from my disability. It makes me sick just to look at the car. but what can i do at this point. one star only because i cant use profane language here.. You should be ashamed of yourself Hollis. you have not heard the last of me. I hope a little money was worth screwing over a disabled veteran who sacrificed alot for the little bit of money i have.

My name is La'Toya Tolbert and I have been purchasing vehicles from All American Chevrolet for the past 8 years. Before I could buy them myself my parents purchased them for me. So combined I it has been a total of 15 years. EVERYTIME I had or wanted to get a vehicle from there if they did not have the one I wanted then one was brought in from another city for me. My latest purchase of a vehicle was November 21, 2011 from Justin McQueen. I was at the dealership in the service department on November 18th that morning and Justin came and said he had a vehicle for me to test drive. I liked the vehicle so I did some paperwork but nothing concrete just the "If I can get it at this payment would you take the vehicle" type of paperwork. Later on that evening my salesmen Justin called me saying he had GOOD NEWS!! He had worked out a deal and wanted to know if I approved of it. I was super excited that it was all happening so fast considering I had just test drove the vehicle earlier that morning. The payments were a bit higher than I would have wanted them to be but I felt I had to accept it due to my situation of my owned vehicle breaking down and costing thousands of dollars to repair it. But Justin and I talked and he worked it out and got my payments lower. I got WAY more for my trade-in than it was worth. I have only bought a vehicle from a different dealership once that wasn't the Chevrolet, Dodge or Honda lot. My parents Dexter & Venda Tolbert have been purchasing vehicles from the Chevrolet, Dodge and Honda dealerships for the past 18 years. The service is always wonderful and there is never a hassle. No one should have to accept anything they don't want to purchase. I have never had a problem plus my mother Venda Tolbert is the all time negotiator. If it doesn't look right she isn't going to accept it nor let you accept it either. My grandmother was a regular at another (un named dealership in town) but my mother told her to try the Honda lot. She purchased a vehicle from them and has said she will only buy her vehicles from then on from All American Chevrolet, Dodge & Honda lot. Justin was patient and friendly during the entire process. He is a excellent salesmen and I would recommend him to anyone. He doesn't pressure you into taking a vehicle and you aren't able to afford it or you don't like it. Justin works hard to find you the vehicle you like. All American Chevrolet is lucky to have such a hard working employee who is dedicated to satisfying the customer. The vehicle I have now was totally a blessing from God and I am so thankful God worked thru Justin to work out my amazing deal!! This dealership sold a car to me that had been in an accident and never disclosed to me. I had problems with the car and had to sell it at a lower price since I had to reveal the accident history to the next owner. M J Sales did little to help and refused to take the car back. I can't say that they knew for sure that car had been in a wreck but my belief is that people who are in the car selling business have a strong motivation to learn how to recognize vehicles that have been in accidents, floods, etc. How successful will a dealer's business be if he can't tell the difference between a wrecked car and a good one? The dealer in my area who spotted the accident signs showed how obvious they were to the trained eye. So it appears that if it wasn't fraud, it was incompetence on their part. I would suggest that anyone who deals with this company be very careful.

Don’t ever buy a car from this place without going to get it inspected by a certified used car inspector. They will make a deal with you but that is to unload an unwanted car that they have been having issues with. I test drove the car and it was fine, I asked to go take it to get inspected and they quickly assured me they had already inspected it it was fine (my first mistake), while test driving they called me frantically seeing if I had found anything wrong with the car (at that time nothing, my second mistake), he tells me the engine misfires every once in a while if the cars sits for about ten mins (not the case at all). What he didn’t tell me is that the computer was readying a misfire in one of the cylinders and they had already tried to fix it and couldn’t. They worked a deal with me so they could dump it on me. At one point he went to “call his boss” but came back within 1 min, not nearly enough time to actually ask his boss if my offer was ok. Then came back and had me sign as quickly as possible to get me off the lot and locked in. I took the car to my mechanic of 25 years and after 1,000 dollars they called me and told me they have up because they couldn’t get the check engine light to turn off because the computer was reading a misfire but the engine is not actually misfiring. They told me they couldn’t do anything else and let me know the truck is worthless to me now since I won’t be able to pass inspection like that. I proceeded to call the dealership to let them know what I had found out and to see what we could do to help make it right. Immediately the dealership got defensive and threw all their policies in my face and said we can’t help you. I let them know I don’t want to return the truck, I like it I just want the car to fixed correctly so I can get it inspected in the future. They refused to do anything for me and again just threw policies in my face say as is as is we told you this. No what they told me was only a portion of the information and then hide behind their policies they aren’t liable. Again all I wanted for them was to make the purchase right and fix the truck. Even offered to pay for the repairs but they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. So long story short their customer service is terrible, they will hide behind their policies, they will have someone from another location (that doesn’t know anything about the situation call you to throw policies your face, they will work a deal with you to dump a car, make sure you get their cars fully inspected before purchase (do not trust their inspection), and if they tell you their is a minor problem there is actually a huge problem you just need to figure out what it is. I would not recommend buying a car from this shop ever without full inspection before purchase.

PLEASE, PLEASE and again PLEASE don't ever even think about buying a car from this company. People trust if you found this car lot you can find another one. All this car wants is your money. We bought a car from them yes (the saleman...snake) was nice. We was about 1 week late on a partical payment of about $160. First we called to make payment arrangements (thats was out the question). We called everyday letting them know we was going to make the payment the following week. They repoed our car at 5pm the day before we was going to make the payment (don't I said we called them everyday to let them know when the payment was going to be made. Total to get car back was $715.22. We had to pay repo fees, the partial payment plus the full payment that just came due. All this had to be paid 5 days before Christmas. Also you have to go downtown to make the payment...in person can not do it over the phone. You then have to go to Irving to pick up your car and that can not be done but on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:30 - 12 and then 1:30 - 2. So I say please think and pray. Spend your money with a car lot that cares about you the person not just your money. If we people would start working together we can show these companies who runs who!

We bought our suburban in July.... we keep getting the runaround on why we havent received our license plates, DMV has no records showing they are in the works, we have had to get the front suspension totally redone, we have been told the oil pan and main seal are leaking and needs to be fixed. This has been the worst buy ever. They used to answer our calls and tell us they were looking into the issue and would call us back in 30 minutes but now they wont even answer our calls.
