Tyler was a knowledgeable professional starting the car buying process and ending the car buying process. My husband contacted Tyler about a 2009 335I BMW that he saw on Facebook. Tyler immediately responded back and updated my husband regarding the specifications on the car. We then met Tyler in Plano to look at and test drive the car. We loved the car's body and how well it had been maintained. The engine was also very well kept.. We bought the car. We live in Fort Worth, so Tyler delivered the car to us in Arlington so we did not have to make a long drive. Tyler definitely knows how to treat his customers. He called a couple of days later to make sure that my son was enjoying his new Beemer! I look forward in doing more business with him in the future.

They did not have the color I was looking for in a 2006 Chevrolet Suburban Terry Blount and his staff found what I wanted and at the price that I was please with in just an hour. had the Suburban at the dealership the next morning by 10 am and I had signed my papers and was on my way by 11.00 could not have been more pleased. 100% recomend Terry and the staff @ Gober Merrell!

Do not buy a vehicle from these scammers!!!! The truck I bought from them had the undercarriage painted to hide rust (I was told it was clean of rust except the bumper), and the Check Engine light has been blacked out with electrical tape! What I thought was a minor issue ended up being a major problem!!! When I called them about it they said they wouldn't do anything, and they didn't know anything about it. This place is why used car dealerships get a bad name!

He approached me promptly and walked me through the steps that I needed to go through to have my plates installed in my car. He went the extra mile and helping me hunt through some of my trunk junk to find the plate holders. Overall, his service was excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone going to BMW of South Austin!

First off; No place for customers to park. Filled with cars for sale and rental cars. We parked on the street. Second: Salesman never introduced himself or gave us a card. Third: When we called the main number it rang about 10-12 times. They always said he is not at his desk. One time we saw he was at his desk and called just to see what the person who answered the phone would say, which was "Not at his desk, out with a customer."

Great Experience buying 1972 Corvette!!! - SAPD Sgt

I went to Hovey Motorcars to look for a classic car for my wife for mother's day. I worked with Ray Gutierrez who did an excellent job helping me out. The 1972 Corvette is just as beautiful in person as it was on their webpage and was priced under what other similar Vettes are selling for online. I will look to Hovey from now on for future classic cars I want. I also had the privilege of meeting the elder Hovey, Mr. Hovey, who was very pleasant and made me feel very welcome at the dealership. They have a very nice selection to pick from and went way above what they had to for me. With Ray's help my wife was caught completely off guard by her surprise gift. Thank you Hovey family.

The ease of purchase is the only thing good about this place. When I received my 2015 model S it had a blown speaker in the front passenger door that was not disclosed as I purchased out of state and had them deliver. I was also promised a portable charger that I haven’t seen 2 months later. I came out of pocket to get my own. As someone who is also in the car industry I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family so I wouldn’t advise a stranger to buy here either.

There is a guy, his name is Alan. He was so helpful and professional. He's being very helpful for my decision and made me bought the right truck. Everyone can trust what he says about trucks and SUVs. It was a great deal that i had with inter motors, nobody needs to buy a vehicle before take a look at their vehicles.

I wanted a specific make and model, I had a saved notification search in Cargurus and one day the car popped as available in TX (10hrs away from me). Please do understand this is a small little lot dealer, not a Mega super store with dozens of cars. So at the beginning it was rough as they would not respond to my emails or phone calls. Like I said, this is a two or three men sales,financing, service, etc... remember you will not pay for all that extra overhead like super dealers. It did pay off, talked to Robert, he was super attentive, replied and responded to all my text messages. From thousand of miles away he sent me pictures of the car interior and exterior, vin, vehicle trim. Imagine buying a used car just by looking at pictures. Put a deposit, went to see the car, did a PPI, and we closed on the deal. Do not get discouraged, these are difficult times, and dealers are doing the best they can to stay afloat. Good luck

Car buying can be a nightmare. Zaki is uniquely gifted at putting those fears to rest. From the quality of car and information regarding it to pricing that will have you leaving the dealership patting yourself on the back for getting such great value, King Brothers covers all the basics. We were concerned going to a smaller dealership that we would have issues finding financing that didn't cripple us. Not a concern here. If this wasn't enough, Zaki has proven that he has the goods to build a premier dealership as the personal care that he places on cars and customers is apparent from the time you meet. You will likely be taken aback by the way that Zaki balances being personal and professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Unfortunately we had a situation arise causing us to not be able to purchase from Zaki (completely our fault) and he was more than gracious and understanding. While we didn't get to purchase from Zaki( this time), we will be referring all of our friends and family to King Brothers. I only write reviews that I am utterly compelled to, and after spending weeks going through the car shopping fiasco, meeting many wonderful and terrible people, Zaki was the star that outshined them all. I wish Zaki and King Brothers nothing but success as this is just the type of experience we need in the world. Whether you purchase from King Brother's or not, you can rest assured that this 5 star rating (at this time) is not a fluke.
