I made an appointment for a certain car, and they sold it - TJ

I made an appointment for a certain car, and they sold it without even giving me a courtesy call. Basically wasted hours of my time instead of just saying outright a trade couldn’t be dons. Mainly upset that I went in the first place, since the car I actually wanted was sold, and wouldn’t have driven 2 hours to go here if it wasn’t there.

Eight years ago; almost to the day, I bought a good used - minesweep446

Eight years ago; almost to the day, I bought a good used car from John Pittman. John’s the owner of a family business selling used cars. His son, Johnny Pittman Jr., is following in his father’s footsteps and is part of that family and company. They’re honest – hard working folks, and John’s wife is right there with them, keeping the books and involved with helping to run the business. The name (Pittman Motor Co) has been the same, and recognized in Lindale, Texas for 20 years. If you enjoy dealing with a really great company for your next vehicle, go see John and his family, you won’t be sorry . Last week 8/18/2023, I bought my second car from John, and I'll most likely buy from him again. Woodrow Warren

Scott sold me a 1 owner Ford F150, and the process - Steve M

Scott sold me a 1 owner Ford F150, and the process couldn't have been easier. Six months later, other than an oil change and tire rotation, I'd had zero issues. I love my truck.

Was sold a car that I was told had certain features and... - Craig76821

Was sold a car that I was told had certain features and it ended up not having them. The dealer told me I could trade it back in but would loose over $12,000. Vehicle was less than a week old and 358 miles on it.

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test - Laz

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. If you’re looking for a new or used Volkswagen and want a smooth, honest, and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend checking out Rockwall County Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Laporsha, Azhar, Drew or Sam, they were all amazing to work with.

Fair, honest, friendly, and helpful. - rcjohnjr2

Fair, honest, friendly, and helpful. They held the vehicle for me because of the distance from the dealership. They also had other vehicles reasonably priced.

I purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 from Skylane Auto Source - will0927

I purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 from Skylane Auto Source in Carrollton, TX on 4/24/2026. Within less than 24 hours, the vehicle developed a fuel system issue. After driving approximately 30 miles, the low fuel light activated even though the vehicle left the dealership showing about half a tank. An AutoZone diagnostic scan performed the next morning identified a “Fuel Level Sensor Performance” fault code. I immediately notified the dealership in writing. The dealership acknowledged the issue and communicated with me regarding repairs for both the fuel system issue and existing fender damage. I have emails, text messages, and recorded calls documenting these repair discussions. The dealership also scheduled a service appointment and requested that I bring the vehicle back for diagnostics and repair. On 5/15/2026, I returned the vehicle solely for repair/service purposes based on those representations. While there, General Manager Roger Lee pressured me to complete a lender verification call while the dealership maintained possession of the vehicle and threatened to call the police. I called the police myself due to the situation. After police arrived, Roger Lee informed law enforcement that the lender had canceled the financing transaction. However, after directly speaking with Consumer Portfolio Services, I was informed the cancellation request was allegedly initiated by Abel, the finance manager at the dealership, rather than through an independent lender denial. Despite repeated requests, I have not received clear written explanations regarding: * why the transaction was unwound, * why the vehicle was withheld after being returned for service, * or why repair representations changed. I documented the entire matter extensively through emails, texts, diagnostic records, and recorded calls. I strongly recommend that consumers get every repair promise and financing representation clearly confirmed in writing before returning a vehicle to this dealership.

Great cars and service - jims

Hamid is a straight forward guy with quality cars at a great price. Very cordial and professional. No high pressure sales. Excellent high end vehicles.

I just bought a car to this guy: Claudio Lascu; he lied - claudio3567

I just bought a car to this guy: Claudio Lascu; he lied to me and sold me a car without catalytic converter. He manipulated the computer in the car and the code check engine light was not on when I drove the car. The next day, check engine light on. I took the car to an auto shop and they told me that the car does not have catalytic. He lied to me and scam me. Do not buy cars to him. Now the car is burning oil like crazy. In less than 1,000 the engine was almost empty.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS DEALERSHIP.... - lewu4

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS DEALERSHIP. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRORABLE BUSINESS, DISHONEST PRACTICES, NOT FRIENDLY, NOT HELPFUL. STALLION AUTO SALES, IS A RIP OFF. AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brownfield Chrysler - fresnoboy

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brownfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and overall I have mixed feelings about the experience. To start with the positives, they were the only dealership that was able to get me approved after I had tried dealers in Midland and Dallas. The remote buying process was convenient, and my salesman James was responsive and helpful throughout most of the process. However, my biggest issue was transparency regarding pricing. I drove from Midland to Brownfield expecting the deal we had discussed remotely, but I was not informed ahead of time about a mandatory $1,400 “aftermarket” add-on. I only found out about it once I was already sitting in the finance office reviewing paperwork. When I questioned the charge, I was told it covered paint protection and the StarGuard vehicle protection/GPS system, and that it could not be removed. What made this frustrating was not just the charge itself, but the timing of the disclosure. By that point, I had already made the trip, invested the time, and was in a position where walking away was not simple because I genuinely needed a vehicle. I also struggled to understand the value of the paint protection considering the truck already had visible swirl marks and some paint imperfections. Because of the unexpected add-on, I chose to remove the service plan I originally intended to purchase. At the end of the day, I am grateful they were able to get me financed and I do appreciate James’ efforts during the process. I just strongly believe dealerships should disclose mandatory add-ons upfront before customers travel or commit significant time to a purchase.

Worst experience ever. - Stognersux

Worst experience ever. Worked out a deal on a car and they sold it out from under me literally an hour after. Avoid this place- not honest or reliable..
