I bought a Maserati Granturismo from Mitch it had issues the struts were bad and the control arms . I wanted to return it but apparently that wasn't possible. It's was a car from his friend. He was kind and fixed the struts at Enzo. They couldn't identify the control arm problems and I got that fixed myself somewhere else. The most disturbing part was when I came to the shop where Enzo was fixing the struts the grill and head lights where zip tied so the car was in a wreck i could see the over spray . I was informed of this by another repair shop afterwards also. The Carfax was clean but don't trust carfax because people can pay to repair the car and not file a claim. I would recommend if you buy a car you send it to an independent shop to check it out preferably the dealer. Mitch was cool but its hard to believe that his friend had this car and he knew nothing about the damage to it. I wasn't going to leave a review but I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I made. I'm enjoying the car nonetheless and have learned a very valuable lesson.

In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan. When I went to Charlie a VERY nice salesman came out and showed me 10 different cars that fit into my budget. 3 of which would not even need down payments. Some of them even got over 25mpg. I ended up buying a Pontiac G6 and NEVER had ant problems out of it or had to have any repairs done other than regular maintenance in the entire 5 years I owned the car. These guys rock.

typical used car dealers; i went to purchase a car (with a small, hungry, tired child in tow) and was given the usual 2 hour run-around where the salesperson goes back and forth. In the end, the final "offer" was supposed to include a 100,000 mile warranty. When it came time to sign papers, I was told that Gap insurance was mandatory (when you are upside down on your trade). By then I was just ready to sign the papers and I did so - 3 hours from the time I walked in. Later I noticed they had charged me 1500 for the warranty and I also found out that the 500 Gap insurance was completely unnecessary. When I inquired the next day as to why I was charged for the warranty I was told "you said that a 450 a month payment was ok with you, and since the car was actually under that we added this". Can you believe that??? Typical. This required another trip back to sign MORE papers with the warranty and Gap insurance removed. i feel the dealership was trying to take advantage of my situation (small child, husband away on business) by dragging out the process, wearing me down and then throwing in things they hoped would just slide by.

I am so upset with this dealership. I am 67 years old and looked on the web for a dealership that would finance me. because of my age and just social security in because of how they introduced their website. They make you think they will finance anyone just come on in. I picked out a inexpensive car on their list of cars. I am retired but I get social security and I have a stable residence and also I have a paid off trade in. When they found out my age all of a sudden the car I picked was cash only and David the salesman there said he would call me back in a couple of days if he found any cars I believe he brushed me off politely. I am so disappointed I guess seniors cannot expect to get any credit after they retire. .

He had the car shipped to me in an enclosed trailer and it arrived at my home the next morning in pristine condition, as represented.
