This place does not tell the truth and will not work with you! I bought a car that I was told had the transmission replaced. After driving it ONE DAY, we couldn't get it to work. I took it to a Transmission shop and they gave me a list of the codes that the car was showing. I went back to AMD and talked with Mohammad again who repeated that they had replaced the transmission and nothing was wrong with the car. I took the car to a second shop that told me the same as the first transmission guy. Today, I went back to talk with Mohammad with proof in my hand about the problems with the transmission and he still denies there is anything wrong with the car that I have now owned for less than two week and was only able to drive it once. I tried to get him to take the car back and let us put the money on another vehicle with us paying the difference so he wouldn't lose the sale but he isn't interested in working with me. He keeps saying there is nothing wrong with the transmission because they had it replaced. Proof means nothing to this man. I will be taking him to small claims court to get my money back and will write another review on how that goes. I want to warn everyone that he is not a man of his word. Do not trust him when he tells you they have done work on the car.

Good luck is all I have to say. I have been trying to get a buyers order for over 24 hours but because I am a cash buyer they wont send me one. They have a 2022 f-250 that has been on the lot for over two months, I said I would pay the internet price and fly in the same day to get it and not one time have they called me or sent it to me. I have never in my life tried so hard to buy a vehicle from someone. This is crazy! Go to Yelp and read the real reviews ( i will post there too) Every bad review must be true. Craig Wood completely misrepresented this car when dealing with him by email and on the phone. It was advertised with no rust of any kind, garaged every night, needing nothing to to be driven and enjoyed. There was damage to the rear bumper that Wood said was his fault and would repair, which was never done. When I received the car, it was full of rust, the windshield was broken, the rear brakes and struts so rusted they wouldn't work, therewas water and moldy magazines under the seats and I still can't get the car lisenced because the electrical system has been tampered with so it won't pass Calif. emmissions. I filed a civil suit against Craig Wood and American Classics, Inc. and obtained a judgement for $16,945 which I am now working on collecting.

The guys at this dealership were amazing. I never felt like I was getting lied to, and I felt zero pressure, which I feel like is rare these days at car dealerships. They worked with me to fulfill requests about the used car I was buying. It is a small lot, but all the cars are clean with lower miles. I would prefer a smaller lot with all a high percentage of good choices than get overwhelmed at a huge dealership with a large inventory, making the decision harder. Don’t hesitate to visit these guys and check out their inventory.

I just wanted to say that Auto Capital is an amazing dealership. In better words the Sales man Taylor Woodworth is extremely professional. I normally hate buying vehicles just because of the fact that i have to deal with salesman and finance and all the managers that you have to deal with, I only had to deal with 1 person from the beginning of the sale to the end and I was treated like a family member. I am proud to say that Auto Capital is an amazing dealership and I plan to send any business I can their way.

Crooks....after a 29 days PD repo/redemption I'm fed up and set an arrangement to pay it off. Paid it off as per and was told my title would b ready to pick up in 2 weeks...ok...expected to drive off but then told it was taken to their warehouse in Rockwall....20 more minutes than the 35 I had to drive to get there.Wait was 50 mins but to appease me they all of a sudden were able to give me the title today. I asked..."Are they towing it back or driving it?" They said TOWED. Yea right!! Then this man comes DRIVING up in my car I just paid off...putting more miles on it. Finally get it and....no plates...car emptied, no signs of our stuff.....missing the knob for my AC...a knob that was there when they took it. Ask where my stuff is and they bring me a trash bag that's missing my husband's Yeezys and my $400.00 Rx Tory Birch sunglasses.....😡😡🤬🤬🤬!!!! A+ BBB my xxx!! They are the worst...buyer beware!!!

Buying buying a car is supposed to be an unforgettable experience ... in the good sense of the word ... In this place they just wanted to steal my money. I bought a Nissan Altima car 2013, 3 days later the car began to present codes after codes, but the worst was this one (P17F1) TRANSMISSION ... I went back to speak with Abdul ... who sold me the car and did not want to talk to me, He sent me to an office to see a boss and that "gentleman" would not listen to me ... I went back the next day and a supervisor told me to go to the Nissan to get a diagnosis of the transmission. For me it was difficult to hear that the car needed a new transmission ($ 4,300.00) after I had paid $ 7,000.00 less than a month before ... Now they do not want to talk to me, they do not take the calls and the car with problems ... There is no protection for the consumer ...

I started inquiring online about the vehicle with Roman one of their dedicated sales associates. a truly passionate mini representative .He was excellent sending me all the information on the vehicle ,the warranty and a walk around video . He quickly responded to any questions .He kept in contact but never tried to use pushy sales techniques that put buyers off . I pondered the trade and purchase in my own time and they offered a very fair trade price and I was happy with the purchase . We arranged a time and on arriving at the dealership the car was parked in the front. There was never any question of not honoring the price for my trade in or numerous additional charges added ion in the sale ,so I knew exactly what the purchase price was,what the trade price ,was and what the remaining balance would be,before driving to Mini Fortworth .It made the whole purchase process more comfortable and honest . Kevan the sales manager introduced himself and was excellent, as I shared some conversations of my experience there and talked his ear off with tales of an 850 cc Mini I had 38 years ago back in England . All in all I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car as they have a selection of other brands of used vehicles but if you want a little more fun on the road and a great driving experience behind the wheel get yourself a mini . It’ll have you grinning from ear to ear and this is the dealership to get one from .

The internet price on the car seemed too good to be true, but Mark and the managers at Autonation stood by the price and gave me the car I wanted for I price I couldnt hardly believe. my new car was cleaned and made ready to perfection. The finance man was very thorough and trustworthy. Steve Lin, my salesman was there when we took receipt of the car to go through all the car functions and gagets.The car was on the showroom ready to go. It was just what I expected. Every person I dealt with on this purchase was extremely nice and helpful.

They wouldn't let you test drive the vehicle without filling out an application. Which put a hard pull on my credit. They liw balled me on my trade in, and wouldn't negotiate on the price of the vehicle at all. Two weeks later, and the vehicle is still sitting on their lot.

The car buying expirence was actually great. It was nice to have a hands off approach where everything was handled by phone and no one was pushing a hard sell at a dealership. It was after I purchased the car that things went downhill. The TT&L department acted like they had never worked with Texas DPS. They didn't send in the correct documents the first time and were not familiar with Texas processes. I bought my car at the end of Februray 19 and as of April 30, still do not have my plates. To make matters worse, the vehicle's current plates expire at the end of the month and I have not been able to get tempoaray plates for the vehicle. Not sure when this will be resolved, but the expirence hasn't been great.

AVIS is not selling the cars, its third company IFS who is dealing with the sale & rent agreement, which is not registered with the funding companies like BOA/DCU and other big brands. Evaluation takes time and sales team didn't provide all the information for the seller companies information ( as per site- AVIS is selling ) but during financing/funding, it is found that IFS is a broker. I would not recommend to go with AVIS Car Sales.

The so called credit program ís I guess just a lure in to laugh at you . 2 days I fell for it too first the outlet center, the ipac dodge. Lisa Negrete was the start of this for today's waste of time and 2nd credit enquiry. She texted me throughout the and convinced me to go . I had to ride the bus for an hour and a half to get there being with my car totaled for her not to be there or even to tell me she was leaving. Some kid that needed to clean up named crispy was her replacement. Which laughed that I was declined. They did not ask to run my credit the second time or tonight's visit.. they did get the information from the outlet centers visit from the previous day and chose to run it. I did send my bank statements so I'm sure that is the same as getting my approval from me. Wow. I was told by Lisa Negrete that they can't share information, and id have to come on In Hun , and we'll get you special financing they can't do... Guess that is not only a lie but a way for them to laugh at you. The straight pretty girl tho before me with a repo and a credit score approximately 90 points lower than mine (of her own admission assuring me they were gonna help) drive home tonight in a nice Audi. As she passed I noticed they did not even put her license plate on. SMH bottom line don't waste your time if ur gay or don't have boobs showing for they guys that work there to gravel for.

I went to the Dealer to (Purchase) a 2011 Buick Regal that day. His price was to high so I looked elsewhere and found a better deal $3000.00 less. The dealer then called me and I informed him I found a better deal in San Antonio and I was going with that. He then asked me why I didn't tell him about the better deal. Yet, I sat in his office for an hour or so trying to negotiate a better price. He came back with his price highlighted at the same price. What do you expect from a buyer? He got irrate told me I wasted his time and good luck going to get my new car.
