Texas Perfect Auto was everything you could want when purchasing a vehicle. President Wardan Shishakly and his staff were polite, knowledgeable, and they made the car buying process super easy. We inspected our vehicle, we test drove our vehicle, and we purchased our vehicle within 60 min. I have purchased dozens of cars, trucks and SUV''s from big Houston dealerships. None of the big city dealers came close to Texas Perfect Auto. My wife and kids were amazed at how easy they made the car buying process. There is no need to negotiate because they sell all their cars, suv's, and trucks below market price. The only vehicles I found above market price were the vehicles that had upgraded rims, tires, sound systems, and other various add ons. Texas Perfect Auto is a small family owned dealership near Sam Houston Tollway and I-10 West (Memorial/Katy Area). Red flags ignored - Dallas Resident

So I bought a cash car, but shouldn't have..no one came out to greet me or even see If they could help me. They were not friendly people at all. I had looked up the company on BBB and they have good ratings but not sure how. The 03 altima that I purchased had issues the day after I bought it. Electrical problems I believe since one headlight doesn't work and the other is stuck on.

You never know what to expect when searching for used cars and the reviews of this dealership were mostly good so I figured it was worth checking it out. They had a 2011 Sequoia they looked to be in great shape in the pictures. I arrived just after opening and was able to walk around and inspect the vehicle. After it passed my initial inspection I asked to take it out for a test drive and it drove great with no issues. I was not able to complete the purchase at that time but was able to come back later that day and finish everything up. I will say that throughout the entire process they were very accommodating and made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. Now I’ve had the vehicle for a well and there have been zero issues. If I’m in need of another car or if a friend or family member needs a car I will definitely send them to Top Line. Thank you for all your assistance with my purchase.

Unethical - Todd

Had a car I told them I would buy, no question about it. They ran my credit, approved me, I said send me deposit instructions, didn't hear from them for 48 hours, and they then sold it to someone else. I understand only the deposit confirms the sale, but it is not ethical to sell a car to another buyer after hurting my credit rating unless I was not approved or I backed out - which according to the salesman neither was the case. I hope you can sleep at night screwing with people that way... I couldn't.

Be careful of what you buy. They do not disclose everything that is wrong with the vehicles and will sell a vehicles with defects. You only find out after you drive off the lot. Had to use the windshield wiper 10 min after we bought the vehicle. Driver side wiper broken. Other parts broken and not forth coming of other repairs.

Bought a 2011 bmw m3. The dealer presented me with a clean car fax one owner vehicle. I did not buy an auto check report, which auto check does show the collision.The car looked good and drove fine. The dealer assured me the car was in perfect condition. After wards I learned that the car was involved in a major front left collision. The repairs done are improper and the front left suspension needs replacement. Also the headlight assembly puts water inside. I believe the dealer knew about the accident but did not disclose it. Very unfair and deceptive business practice.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD ,I BOUGHT 2009 CAMRY FROM THEM IN CASH FOR 6 WEEKS I COULD NOT GET MY TITLE TO CHANGE OWNERSHIP .THE BANK IS HOLDING THE TITLE BECAUSE HE STILL OWE THEM,WHEN I PAID HIM HE USED THE MONEY ON SOMETHING ELSE ,HE GAVE ME THE CAR BUT I CANNOT DRIVE IT BECAUSE NO TITLE,NO TAG ,I HAVE MET COUPLE OF PEOPLE AT THEIR OFFICE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM .HE IS NOT PICKING CALLS THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS LOCKED WITH SIGN AT DOOR THAT THEY WILL BE BACK BY 4 PM EVEN AT 4 NOBODY THERE ,HE STILL HAVE COUPLE OF CARS IN THE LOT BUT TO GENERAL PUBLIC BEWARE DONT BE SCAMMED . I REPORTED TO BBB BUT THEY ARE YET TO GET THEM BASED ON THE LAST REPORT I GOT FROM BBB ARKADIA AUTO IS STILL ADVERTISE FOR MORE VICTIMS .DONT DEAL WITH THEM IN YOUR OWN INTEREST PLEASE .

Horrible experience!! Purchased a “Certified Vehicle”, in October 2022, took it to service department within a few days of purchase for noise on front end. Service department changed out driver side front hub. Took vehicle back in late November for more concerns. They kept my vehicle for 4 and months with no repairs done. Picked up vehicle in March with the same problems. It has been there longer than in my possession due to poor service department. Now vehicle is back in service for a/c compressor going out. Do not trust the “certified vehicle” program!!

When I went to big 7 my budget was 3000 for a cash car. I looked at a few different cars & narrowed it down to a cobalt & a galant. When I test drove the 2005 galant the a/c was out & the only way I would purchase the car was if they would fix the a/c. Gary (my salesman) agreed & gave me a 30 day warranty. I put 4000 down & my balance was 3047. 10 days later I took my car to get serviced & picked it up the same day, they changed the compressor. A little over 30 days after that my a/c was out again & again Gary agreed to fix it. Tropical storm Bill was expected to make landfall the next day so he told me i'd have to wait until after the storm passed to get my air fixed. 3 days later I dropped it off & picked it up the same day. Not even 10 days later my a/c was out AGAIN! I called Gary to set an appointment to drop it off & he said he had two motor jobs he had to get done so we would have to schedule for the following week..which meant another 8 days sweltering in my car. I dropped the car off yet again & this time I didn't have anyone to pick me up right away so I sat on the bench outside the office and patiently waited. Gary came up to me about 30mins later & told me i had two options 'we can put your car back together & let you leave & try to find a ride to drop it off later today or..cause i can tell you now they're not gonna fix your car while you're here..it's against their policy' I was SHOCKED to say the least. Gary & I exchanged words back & forth briefly but I ultimately chose to leave my car there & continue to wait for my ride since I wasn't too fond of the option he gave me. I am still extremely disappointed in big 7 & they will never get my business again.

They don't send invoices or statements and if you're even 1 month late they will come repo your vehicle and will not reach out to you letting you know you're late or even ask when they can expect payment and will not work with anyone during the COVID pandemic. I have NVR had anyone be as rude to me as the lady who works the front desk. They really take advantage of lower income families by repossessing vehicles without even trying to work with you! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is concerning.

I never thought I would buy a vehicle online and out of state without being able to touch it, see it in person, drive it.....but I bit the bullet because I had been looking for a year for a particular vehicle (specific color, year, mileage, etc). I signed up with cars.com to search for my dream car and never found one close enough. Well, then I came across Bracken Motors with my dream car. The entire experience from the beginning to end was almost perfect. I did feel like I could have saved $$ on the transport free since I received so many bids from other transports for $200 less, but decided to let them handle the transport. All in all, I'm a very happy customer and I would totally recommend doing business with Bracken Motors.

i took my pt cruser to burns dodge to have what i thought was a transmission problem fixed it turned out that it was a broken motor mount i had them repair it! when i went to pay the bill the told me it would have to be ether cash cheque or credit card i in form them that i had an extend warranty plan through dodge and that they could send the bill in to dodge and i would pay the 100.00 deductible they said that no i would have to pay in full around 950.00 before they would give my car back too me! i had no recorse but to pay the full amount! and just the other day july 18th 09 i had to replace my car battery on the pt cruser and discovered that they had failed to reinstall the shift gear gromit and air intake gromit so i will never go back to them for work on my cars and i wont recamend them eather!
