We purchased our VW Atlas from John Parkinson. John doesn’t only know the cars, but he is a passionate Gearhead and rofessional when it comes to Volkswagens. He has a definite love for the cars demonstrated by the numerous Volkswagens that he himself has bought, restored and modified. His knowledge of VW is what draws the customer in because you realize that he knows what he is talking about. John knows how to put the customer at ease. Being a family man and father, John also understands that sometimes you must drag you kids into the dealership with you. He is honest and forthright. He helped us with the purchase of our Atlas and has become our trusted advisor in all thing VW. He is someone we go to and trust long after the purchase. We call him with questions before calling the service department. John has even gone out of his way to discuss a maintenance issue with our son who is away at college. Don’t walk, RUN!!! Had a vehicle that has been there for almost months. Service advisor James has done nothing but lie over and over and over and has made every excuse in the book. At least he was answering his phone, now he’s gone completely silent. I can assure you this is the last time I will ever do business here to include purchasing a vehicle which I have.
